Pros: Location... right next to Sao Bento train station and metro... around the corner from living tours for daytrips... walking distance to all attractions and Ribiera district... our apartment were on the ground floor with a patio and washing machine. Luggage storage at the rental company 2 doors from the apartment entrance. They were kind and let us in an hour before the time of check-in. We had a lovely stay... highly recommended!
Cons: The bedroom is a bit small... but that was not really a problem because we were out most of the day!

Great flat with fully equipped kitchen in the heart of the city
Pros: Location is top - but you know that already. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, including fridge, microwave, proper oven (not just top-stove). Washing machine with the detergent provided. Super fast fibre optic internet. Maybe the flat is small comparing to other flats - but you cannot beat the location!! Plus, there is a terrace. The sunlight on the terrace is limited - but yet again, step outside of the flat and enjoy Porto!!
Cons: There will always be something to improve. For example, bed is squeaky and should be replaced (however mattress is comfortable). Bathroom had damp smell - easy fixed by keeping extraction fan on (and no dampness in the room). Size of the flat was relatively small comparing to other apartments. However, these are relatively minor issues, and i'd happily stay here again!

Great location.
Pros: Location is 10/10! 2mins walking to Timeout market and Sao Bento station! It is at the first floor, it’s friendly to travelers with big luggages. The loft equips with a small kitchen and washing machine which really helps.
Cons: Due to the old structure, steps upstairs are very loud(it starts before 6am during our 3-night stay).

We had an excellent and comfortable stay.
Pros: The position was excellent. It was very clean and had all the facilities to make a comfortable stay.
Cons: It had a damp smell at times but the owner explained the reason and dehumidifier helped.

Pros: Very nice little flat in a convenient location. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. They let me use their washing machine, which was handy. Good power in the shower.

Pros: Location is very good. Luisa was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small, but enough for a couple.
Cons: Only one thing: the sheets smell a little bit strange (as a mold). I suppose they did not dried well.

Ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.
Pros: In assoluto mi è piaciuta l’attenzione dello staff in ogni fase del mio soggiorno. Appartamento delizioso, in pieno centro, a 50 metri dalla fermata della metro. Pulizia ottima. Per una breve vacanza e’ il top!

Perfekt, um Porto zu erkunden
Pros: Zentrale Lage, Klimaanlage war vorhanden, die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist deshalb so kühl, dass wir sie gar nicht gebraucht haben. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermietung.
Cons: Das Wasser in der Dusche lief ein bisschen schlecht ab, ansonsten alles prima :)

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa, wyposażenie kuchni - wyposażona w garnki, patelnie, czajnik, ekspres przelewowy, toster, lodówka (zamrażarka miała dużo lodu).
Cons: Duża wilgoć w mieszkaniu, zamiast ekspresu przelewowego lepszy by był ekspres na kapsułki.
