Pros: Everything! The communication was superb and very timely.

Chilled on the Douro.

Pros: Great location..Close enough to the Gaia Porto wine and river experience , but just a bit away to feel the relaxed, quiet vibe. Great views of Douro river and the buildings across the river.

Cons: All good.

Very spacious with a great view

Pros: Great flat, very spacious and well furnished. We loved the view on the river.

Cons: not as close from the center as I would expect (mostly due to roadworks going on in the area)

Cons: All excellent, board for cutting bread was missing ;-(

Pros: Great location, didn't feel too busy or touristy. Along the river, great for walking or running. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 15 min walk. The hosts had great communication.

Cons: The apartment could be stocked with some more basics like oil, salt, more shampoo and soap. Not a big deal but would have purchased more of this before arriving if we knew.

Pros: The most magnificent views of the Duoro River. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment.

Cons: 2 flights of stairs. kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to ask for dish towels, there were none. There were 4 mugs of which 2 were chipped.

Pros: The location is great, the view of the river was stunning from the veranda. Clarity and easy check in, and check out. The kindly gave me a late check out. The jet bubble bath was funtastic.

Cons: Is a bit over priced around €100 to €125 per night for 2 person, the ammenities, considering we were there for 3 nights and 4 days rest to recuperate from a long 1 month journey on the road, there were not enough towels and only one big and small but very thin for each person unchanged for 4 days,and very rationed packet toiletarries for 4 busy days, and 1 roll toilet paper per each bathrooms. The bed and pillows was too soft and offers not much support for us, that we suffered from back and neck aches,well everyone is different I guess, we prefer harder. The rooms has no AC, so it gets very hot, there is only fans. I ended up sleeping in the sofa from 2 night onwards.

Excellent location and comfort. And with parking.

Pros: Excellent location, and my family and I walked to the main tourist attractions. Beautiful view of the Douro River, with the privilege of seeing boats crossing the river and the city lights. Good-sized and well-equipped property. In my opinion, the bed could be better, but the overall package is great.

Perfect

Pros: Stunning apartment overlooking the Douro. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very quiet location. It is a 20 minute walk from the centre but not a problem for us.

Cons: Lighting was a bit dim in places but we just moved lamps around.

Excellent facility with room for improvement

Pros: Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable. Secure garage was a huge plus. Strong water pressure. Despite not having knowledge that all info required had been provided and that our phones weren’t receiving text or emails, staff was very patient and helpful in gaining us access to property. Thank you Joanna.

Cons: Location is 1 mile from food et al. Description suggested those features were closer. Couch needed cleaning. There are no staples or way to pre-order staples. There was no nearby market to buy staples. Could use a guide to facilities like restaurants, pharmacy, markets, etc. Guide to getting around would be helpful too - e.g. where gondola is, where to meet tour boats. Maybe a map of the area.
