A great spot and very convenient for a small family - we would stay here again.

Pros: An easy drive from the airport and a short walk to the river made this a great place to stay. The bed was fine and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. Good WiFi. The water pressure was great. The washer dryer worked well. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Cons: The walls are quite thin and you can hear people in other apartments walking around - it didn't stop us sleeping but is something to consider. The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep and probably wouldn't be suitable if you had even mild mobility issues. It was a bit unclear that the hosts expected us to take our rubbish to a communal bin 50m down the street. A minor point but the recommendations for restaurants were not good.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta a 2 min andando del paseo de Gaia todo muy nuevo y muy limpio.

Świetny apartament, w super lokalizacji z fajnym basenem.

Pros: Lokalizacja jest mega dobra, wszędzie dało się dojść pieszo, do głównego mostu może 5 minut, fajny basen, w apartamencie jest całe potrzebne wyposażenie ze starterami (kapsułki do prania, płyn do zmywania itp.)

Cons: W łazience drzwi nie zamykały się, łóżko na piętrze pokrzywione nogi więc niestabilne, bardzo słaby dostęp do światła słonecznego (nie wiadomo czy na dworze jest słońce bo okno na mur). Mogliby zrobić parę stolików w ogrodzie by można było wieczorem usiąść - bo miejsca jest dużo.

Pros: Apartament molt ben equipat, reformat i net. Bona comunicació amb els amfitrions.

Cons: Per pujar al segon pis (on hi ha el lavabo i l'habitació) s'han de pujar i baixar unes escales molt inclinades i perilloses. Per aparcar al carrer s'ha de pagar les 24h del dia i hi ha poques màquines.

Pros: très propre, pratique, bien équipé, pratique. bien situé, proche de tout. Hôtes sympathiques et très réactifs à l'écoute et bon conseil. La piscine est agréable, on peut se baigner et se reposer sur les transats en surveillant les enfants.

Cons: insonorisation: les cloisons entre les différents appartements sont fines, on entends tout ou presque. Si on recherche le calme absolu, il faut le savoir. Mais si on a prévu de visiter toute la journée et de rentrer tard pas de souci. Cela dit, l'après-midi c'est calme.

Pros: La proximité du centre. Le quartier typique. La propreté de l'appartement. L'accueil et les conseils pour les visites.

Cons: Le manque d'isolation (on vit avec les voisins, du dessus surtout) Canapé lit peu confortable pour 2 personnes adultes.

Pros: Bonjour, appartement duplex bien placé nous avons tout fait à pied. Appartement propre et bien équipé avec des propriétaires disponibles.

Gute Empfehlung für einen Besuch in Porto

Pros: Gute Erreichbarkeit und schneller und netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per Whatsapp. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselsafe am Haus, alles einschließlich dem Weg im Haus zum Appartement mit einem Video erklärt. Die neuwertig renovierte Wohnung liegt nach hinten, so dass kein Straßenlärm o.ä. zu hören ist. Bauartbedingt ist das Gebüude sehr hellhörig (vor allem Trittschall), was uns aber nicht gestört hat, weil die Nachbarn rücksichtsvoll waren. Die Wohnung ist spärlich belichtet, weil das Fenster zum Hang hin auf eine sehr nahe, begrünte Mauer ausgerichtet ist; wir haben uns daran aber schnell gewöhnt. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht einschließlich Waschmaschine. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichent, man kann in wenigen Minuten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es ein großes und preiswertes Parkhaus. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
