VIVA Three Magi Residence

Pros: It was roomy and airy with nice light. The elevator was excellent and the location was great.

Cons: The bed was squeaky and moderately comfortable. There was no fridge which would have been awesome for keeping our water cold.

Great location to explore Porto. Very close to a couple of stations for ease of travel.

Pros: Location was great. Very Spacious room, just missing facilities like a kettle, coffee machine or a small fridge.

Cons: The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the staff tried to look into this immediately when notified.

A really excellent and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Pros: Communication from our host was excellent and we were very appreciative that they arranged our taxi for us for the return flight. Location of the apartment along with facilities was excellent.

Cons: Shower was lukewarm on one or two mornings, but no major problem really.

Neat apartment in the heart of Porto

Pros: The apartment ist very neat and nice. The location is perfect for anyone loving sightseeing, because all the sights in Porto are a maximum pf 20 mins away. I love the solution for remote unlocking and not having to carry a bunch of keys around. Staff/Owners (not sure what is valid) is great and offer swift assistance via whatsapp which is very helpful.

Cons: Maybe because we were on the last floor it can be rather noisy. And I don't mean noise from people and bars outside, when it rains you loterally hear the raindrops on the ceiling. Also the inner walls seem to be very thin, because we wete hearing all the neighbors when the opened or closed the doors. The fact that everything is done remote is very convenient, but lacking a reception or anyone on the property where you could leave the luggage after checking out is a minor, but still existent painpoint if you still have some hours before the flight.

Pros: A perfect apartment in a very good location. I stayed for a week and loved it. The apartmebt has everu5hing it needs - a nice and hot shower, clean bathroom? A kitchenette with ftidge, stove and all sorts of cooking equipment. The grocery shops are very close and bars around. All open till late. Walkablw distance from all the attractions. Very good contact with the hosts. The area is lively and bustling with activities till midnight, so, exect some noise from the street. I loved it. :)

Pros: Great location, comfy, well suited for three of us. Lovely rooftop view over the city.

Cons: Remember to shut balcony doors against mosquitos

Pros: Great apartment in a very convenient location. Beds comfortable. Very spacious and easily occupied 3 people. Bathroom adequate and clean. Kitchen had all the basics. Very close to grocery store, restaurants and shops. Metro is a short walk away. Small singular fan provided. If you are uncomfortable sleeping with heat, I would not recommend. But if not I would definitely recommend, I had no problems sleeping, the fan was perfect. Easy self check in and great communication.

Pros: The communication from the property was excellent, information sent prior about things to do and very precise location instructions were very helpful. Messages throughout the stay and request for toilet paper actioned immediately, honestly wouldn’t ask for any better service than this. Apartment was bright, clean and good location. Bed was comfy

Cons: The shower door jammed a bit and it was very warm at night so would benefit from a fan (although no sockets near the bed which was a bit inconvenient) or some sort of air conditioning. It took a few attempts to figure out how to open the main door but once it was figured out it was absolutely fine

Pros: Location was perfect, staff are incredibly kind and helpful! The space is lovely and comfortable.

Cons: I would just add a washing machine, if possible :) the shower door is unstable, so having that fixed would be beneficial.

Pros: Very central. Easy walking distance to everything.
