Prim&Proper

This was a return visit to Prim and Proper and we cannot fault it

Pros: Great location, great accommodation, amazing breakfast, extremely helpful staff too

Beautiful boutique hotel, comfortable rooms in great location

Pros: Beautiful room with a view, comfortable bed, central location, car park nearby

Cons: It was a bit tricky dropping off bags as we arrived by car in busy traffic.

Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel

Pros: The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: Only issue was the slope of the shower which did not allow the water to drain properly

Lovely stay and would stay again.

Pros: Perfect location, easy walking distance to centre. Breakfast excellent and freshly cooked to order. Very helpful and friendly staff. Can store luggage prior to your stay if arrive early or once checked out if you want more time to explore the city before your flight home.

Cons: Would have liked better light in the room. Cosy atmosphere but impracticable if you actually wanted to read your guide book, map etc! No shaving light in bathroom which made it difficult for my husband to shave properly.

Cons: Lack of privacy in the Bathroom/Shower area

Not super prim.

Pros: Spacious rooms, quiet, nice air conditioning. Breakfast was included and the pancakes were delicious. Staff at the reception was very nice and had prepared some travel tips for Porto.

Cons: Found a hair on the bed when checking in, the shower had a problem with the drain and the floor was flooded every time we showered. Facilities felt cheap and much used in the bath. No real mirrors in the room, only mirrors in sepia. Housekeeping only refilled things on request, garbage bags were left in our wash basin. Floor was never vacuumed during our stay. Location is quite off from any metro station, might be challenging for some.

Perfect location, fantastic hotel

Pros: Had everything we needed and more. The little kitchen area was a pleasant surprise. The welcome was amazing as was the information given to ensure we got the best out of our stay.

Pros: Very clean and very nice. Also very close to everything which was a bonus

Pros: All staff were exceptional friendly, and full of ideas and suggestion on what to see and where to eat!

Super staff, great location and lovely room

Pros: The staff were amazing and super friendly. They gave some great advice on local sites and planned a really efficient route for us to see some of the popular and not so well known attractions. The breakfast was great with a wide range of healthy options. The room was spacious and comfy. The location was superb for being close to some key locations but a little out of the main hustle and bustle. Loved it and would definitely recommend to others
