Warm and welcoming staff, excellent housekeeping service, smooth check-in/ out, excellent location.

Pros: The location is excellent, a short walk into the centre of Porto and most attractions within the city. Access is on a hill, but what isn't on a hill in Porto! The stall were lovely, the room was tidy and well appointed. The cleaning is phenomenal and the housekeeping team work so hard! The top floor was being renovated so the reception was a little basic, not a problem at all though. Breakfast was sufficient, fresh and provided adequate variety. The building has a lift & stairs and controlled RFID entry.

Cons: One piece of feedback I need to mention is the stairwell does not have any edge protection, so if an item drops onto the ground there is nothing stopping it from rolling off the edge and falling 5 floors to the ground. The stairs are also not suitable for small children to be near but parents should be taking full responsibility for their children anyway!

Prime location, clean and well maintained facilities. Staff members are top-notch and highly committed to excellent cust

Pros: Very central to everything. The place is clean, well kept and the beds are super comfy. The free breakfast is a plus, they even packed us some sandwiches when we had to leave early for a tour. Much appreciated as they usually don’t do this usually, but they were very accommodating and considerate of my husband being diabetic. Staff members from the receptionists down to the cleaners are polite, eager to help and kind beyond measure. A cleaning lady went out of her way to ring a taxi for us on her personal phone when we had no reception and our Uber driver ditched us, bless her. They all deserve more than five stars!

Fantastic !

Pros: I loved this place, our stay was so comfy. As all Portugese people, the staff was so warm, kind and helpful. We have loved every bit of our stay. Definitely coming back to enjoy the terrace in summer 2026.

Perfect location and very clean

Pros: Teresa is a star and looked after our family very well. Breakfast was simple but great. Rooms very clean. Perfect location.

Value for money !

Pros: The location! We can walk to all the attractions like the river front, station, churches. The room is spacious and our son gets a separate room.

Cons: The road noise. Inevitable since centrally located.
