Lovely place in the heart of Porto

Pros: It was great, an elevator to get to the upper floors, lovely room and excellent location. Staff were so lovely.

Cons: The key collection process is a little complicated but was ok.

Excellent location

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent.

Cons: Need air-conditioning. It was too hot in the afternoon.

Clean and cozy room, but bad reception and wrong address.

Pros: It was such a good location once again. It was really close to Mercado Bolhao and at a walking distance of to all places we wanted to go as well. The accommodation was clean inside and was super cozy, even if the view was nothing special. I saw people talking about the lack of air conditioning, however, for us, having the blinds closed was suffice. It wasn't too hot, so we were comfortable around this time. The bathroom was SUPER cute and cozy. For sleeping and cleaning up between long days sightseeing, we were pleased with the accommodation.

Cons: Once again, the check in was from a shady scent and soap shop with no hosting signs on it. It says on important information that the check in was there, but come on! They sent a bunch of information on how to check in but NOT the adress of the check in. ALSO, the adress of the accommodation did NOT match the address on the sight. Make sure to get the proper check-in address.

Pros: The room is located in the center and it's exactly as it seems in the photos, small but practical.

Cons: For check in, I got the keys from a different place, not so far from the room.

Good location, good room, good price!

Pros: Great location, great value. The room was as described with a comfy bed, and good bathroom.

Cons: Only issue was the curtains. It was split into 3 curtains and because of that did not cover the entire window. This meant lots of light in the room when sleeping. Getting changed and using the shower with modesty was tricky. We had to stack pillows to cover the gap. It’s a problem that could be very easily fixed and was the only issue we had in our stay.
