Pros: Zac was really nice and friendly, very helpful, it was fun talking to him. the location was good, everything was reachable by walking. the house was clean and smelled nice, i really liked the shower, bathroom was also very clean. very tourist-friendly with provided city map and coupons for local restaurants. fair price and good accommodation!

Cons: we went in January so it was quite cold and rainy and unfortunately the room was so cold despite the aircon. needed 2 blankets and pullover to sleep. couldnt lock the window so i assumed the cold would also come in from that. but very happy they provided 2 blankets and an aircon. not allowed to eat in the room itself which I fully respect, but allowed in the shared kitchen/dining area. not a criticism from my side, but eventually i thought how nice it would be to sometimes just stay in the room and eat dinner because of the weather as an introvert :-) no elevator and narrow entrance, but Zac helped us carrying the luggage upstairs!

Perfect for short stay.

Pros: The location is great for walking the Porto city and also for starting point if you want to explore other cities near Porto by car. The room was clean and spacious. You have an air conditioning to heat up the room. As a welcome gift you get two coffee capsules for the downstair kitchen coffee machine, and the kitchen also has an outdoor patio. You can park a car in a parking garage across the street from the hotel for only 15€/day.

Cons: The only thing that we didn't like was the cold bathroom (if you travel in winter), and the noise from the outside (the hallway of the hotel and from the street).

Pros: very clean and close to the city center, the staff was really nice

Pros: Everything from the reception to room decoration, space, environment, comfort, room was irreprehensibly clean and smelled so good when we got there. Host was very kind, too. We also got an incredible price for the perfect conditions we encountered. Definitely a place to come back to!

Cons: Sound and light isolation from the corridor isn't perfect. Or could ask people to keep the noise to a minimum after certain hours.

Pros: Super clean and comfy. Zac was super nice. Great communication.

Pros: The host was generous, the place was cozy and very clean in an excellent location. The inner courtyard is pleasant, and there is privacy and a feeling of home. I will return there on my next trip to Porto

Pros: Spacious room and bathroom. Nice decoration. Great shower. Good and quiet AC. Near Metro, laundromat, cafeteria, etc.

Lovely peaceful place in Porto

Pros: Cozy and affordable place for a stay in Porto to enjoy the city and some peaceful moments in the apartment patio. Zac was a very attentive and warm host and we'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Porto.

Pros: Really well decorated room. Very clean and good shower. Great to have a kitchen and dining room too

Cons: Nothing :)

Pros: Wonderful aptm in walking distance from city centre (some 15 mins). Full shared kitchen, common room and little backyard patio. Parking options at extra costs closeby. Excellent communications with host. Street faces signifcant traffic but we had an overall excellent stay. Would come back!
