Pros: Friendly receptionists who were there last time I stayed. Great breakfast.

Cons: The only thing was they are currently digging up the road next door and my room was above it

Pros: The room was spotless and beautifully kept, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The location was perfect for everything we needed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!

Pros: The hotel is located in the great place with a walking distance to the main attraction and city centre. The breakfast was really nice a d all staff really friendly and helpful.

Pros: Good location and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Cons: If guests stay in the cafeteria late in the night, it becomes very noisy in the room, because of the chairs scratching the floor; they would need a new plastic padding to attenuate the sound

Pros: Amazing location. Only a few steps away from Carolina Michaelis metro station. Nearby there is a mini supermarket, bakeries, and a laundromat. We were able to walk to many major spots including Igreja do Carmo, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Mercado Bom Sucesso, etc. The staff were very helpful and always willing to assist with our queries. The room was small but practical with all the basic items we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the mini open terrace on the first floor!

Cons: It can get noisy during the day in particular if the room faces the street.
