I highly recommend this property.

Pros: This room was excellent. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was a good size, and the bathroom was roomy and clean. It was in an excellent location for our purposes. The metro was a 5 minute walk away. There is a large, communal kitchen that is very nice. Our host, Claudia, was excellent - she met us at the door to let us in and answered all our questions promptly. Good value.

Pros: The lady that waited for me to check in and runs the place on a daily basis is just wonderful, the big kitchen designed to self cater is fully equipped and a really welcoming space, very well located opposite a big supermarket and less than 150 meters from tram stop, quiet but safe area, rooms basic but clean, very good choice for budget conscious traveller

Cons: Maybe they could have a look at the smell that comes from the bathroom tube ( drain) but maybe that is just that particular room.

Pros: Good location, close to the supermarket and metro. Nice shared kitchen and terrace. Having a toilet and shower inside the room was great. Beautifully furnished and the host was very kind.

Pros: The location was great — not far from the river, and with a Pingo Doce supermarket just across the street. I really appreciated having a marked space in the fridge for my own things, and the full shared kitchen was open and easy to use. Communication with Cláudia was smooth and friendly, and it felt like if I had any questions, she would be happy to help. 👍

Cons: Suggestion in future 🙃 I had read before that some rooms in this property don’t have a door to the bathroom. However, when I made my reservation, this wasn’t clearly mentioned in the room description, and I ended up with a room without a bathroom door. It would be helpful if this detail was clearly stated in the listing so guests can make an informed decision when booking.

She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering great local tips and always being available if I needed anything.
