Pros: Hosts were amazing, place is clean and with a great vibe. Metro is a 5 minute walk and the city is 20 minutes away walking. Would absolutely return.

Wonderful!!!!!

Pros: Everything was fabulous. Our host, Miguel, was so friendly and helpful. Great communication throughout our whole stay. He recommended great restaurants and things to see and do. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything you need. It was a lovely surprise to find breakfast foods included: nice bread with spreads, coffee, and tea. Also, a nice little bottle of port, which was a nice touch. Free parking on the street outside the accommodation. It was also an easy walk to the Porto centre. Would definitely stay again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: Our host, Miguel, was so helpful showing us the best places to visit in the 3 days we stayed in Porto. We liked everything about the accommodation. Nice touches like tea, coffee, fruit, milk, bread, and Port. So clean and quirky. We would highly recommend Ruby Charm Houses. It was so quiet too.

An oasis in Porto

Pros: Ruby Charm Houses are very much a secure oasis in the city. The rooms are a good size, very comfortable and well equipped with a lot of thought and care taken over them and the communal garden. Groceries were provided too. The owner was very welcoming and informative. There are shops/supermarket and the Metro close by & a very nice tapas bar (Talhasca)around the corner.

Cons: We missed seeing on the initial booking that a €200 deposit is taken on arrival - may be an issue for some. The check in process seemed quite lengthy after we’d been travelling.

Pros: It's a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Within a 10min walk you're in the centre. The metro is also really close but we didn't use it. The vibe is relaxed and they thought of literally everything! One of the first places where the use of QR codes actually add value.The owners are the best! In for a chat and give you their best tips. They also helped us finding a parking spot for the car cause almost everywhere it's max 2hr parking on the streets and the indoor garages are very expensive.

Charm sums up this place perfectly

Pros: 'Charm' is an apt description. Miguel was so helpful and friendly. He met me outside the moment I arrived and explained everything. Other bonuses were the lovely outside area to enjoy your breakfast or at any time of day, and the numerous 'freebies' on arrival - bread, jam, milk, cereal, orange juice, water, and even port. I highly recommend.
