Pros: The house is very comfortable, clean and new. The host even prepared a free bottle of wine and mineral water to welcome us. There are a plenty of air conditioners in the house: everyroom and even the corriders. It is just 15 mins walk from the old town

Cons: We had 5 people but the sofa bed was not made up. We had to make the bed by ourselves. Even not enough blanket for the sofa bed!

Spacious and comfortable house

Pros: This is a 3 storey building, very spacious and well equipped. Kitchen is complete with coffee machine and pods, perfect for coffee lovers. The living area has a sofa bed and a separation door and blind, easily convertible to a room. We were amazed by the cleanliness and spaciousness when we got into the property. It's about 15 mins walk to the downtown area, all the way down hill which is perfect. We came back by Uber.

Cons: The AC on the ground floor is leaking water onto the room floor, and also the flooring is dated and not our expectation choice of colors, well I believe this building has some age. Surrounding are average or below average, a few abandoned houses and some house very run down. You have to climb a small steep hill before coming to the property, also very narrow for car to drive through the front alley, not to mentioned the parking space, we parked on the street below and walk up the steep slope.

Good stay it was what we required.

Pros: Roomy, clean , bright, with everything you need. We booked the transfers through the Alegria and Marco the driver was superb, a great ambassador for Porto.

Cons: Strange smell in upstairs shower room when toilet flushed. Skirting board loose near utility space. An issue with the downstairs shower. But it was resolved very quickly once reported. Just for info it’s quite a walk out of the city centre for those a little less able.

Casa casi perfecta

Pros: La ubicación cerca del centro. La casa estaba muy bien equipada y era muy moderna. La casa estaba bien aislada y ni entraba el frío ni se oía ruido del exterior. La cocina tenía todo tipo de utensilios. Se podía aparcar gratis en la calle del alojamiento y la plazoleta aledaña.

Cons: Es una casa un poco fría para el invierno, aunque poniendo el aire caliente, se estaba a gusto, en seguida volvía a enfriarse. Los baños no estaban en perfecto estado, pero sobre todo por el mal uso de otros huéspedes, ya que se notaba que todos los defectos habían sido arreglados en la medida de lo posible.

Alloggio SUPER confortevole, da consigliare, con referente sempre a disposizione

Pros: La casa offre privacy anche se si è in più persone, in quanto tutti hanno in piani diversi la loro stanza e il loro bagno. L'alloggio è fornito di tutti i confort anche per chi vuole utilizzare la cucina.

Cons: ci è piaciuto tutto, solo dei piccoli accorgimenti da prendere come consiglio, qualche cialda di caffè in più, visto che ci siamo fermati in 5 per più notti, e la lavastoviglie non era fornita di detersivo, ma questi sono dettagli superflui.

Pros: Superbe appartement, bien situé, confortable et spacieux pour 6 personnes.

Cons: Tout était parfait

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja-blisko przystanki autobusowe i metro. Położenie w cichej okolicy. Fantastyczne miejsce pobytu dla rodziny/przyjaciół, nawet przez dłuższy czas. Rozmieszczenie pokojów na 3 kondygnacjach zapewnia intymność, 2 łazienki wygodę. Dostępne wszystkie udogodnienia - kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, pralka, klimatyzacja. Bardzo polecam.

Pros: A casa tinha todas as condiçoes e encontra-se num local sossegado. Em termos de limpeza a casa estava impecável. Exelente para estadias de alguns dias.

Cons: Encontra-se numa rua estreita, inclinada e de sentido único, não havendo muitas opções de estacionamento. Mesmo assim conseguimos sempre estacionar perto da casa.

Pros: Da localização,da limpeza,da simpatia do anfitrião .

Pros: Gostei de todos os pormenores, desde limpeza, conforto, casa que parecia a nossa casa, ótima localização, muito pouco ruído à noite.
