Excellent stay. I recommend it.

Pros: Hotel with new and well-maintained facilities, spacious and very clean room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, towels and accessories. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Very kind reception staff. We liked it very much. We will return.

Pros: We would like to share our very positive feedback about our stay here and especially about Pablo. Pablo was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we are very grateful. We truly appreciated his thoughtful and caring approach. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fine and enjoyable. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but Pablo’s kindness and flexibility really stood out and made our experience even more special. Please pass on our sincere thanks to him. We will remember this hospitality with great warmth.

Good economical option

Pros: No frills, easy check in/out and fairly good location. Great that the room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels given daily. Bed was fairly comfy.

Cons: Booking.com offered a free airport transfer with the booking but this was not honoured by the hotel. Location is a bit quiet / residential so had to be cautious at night (but no issues)

Pros: Overall we had a very good experience. The staff was very proactive.

Cons: The quaity of the latte in the coffee machine was not very good, but the staff was very kind to offer another alternative.

Well Worth the Money We Paid

Pros: - The room was a decent size, and the beds were very comfortable. - The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. - Within walking distance to all the main sights. (If you have difficulty walking, the hotel is on a hill) - The staff members were very friendly and professional.

Cons: - Breakfast was a little limited. - The toilet paper is very thin.

Pros: Fantastic location close to the metro. We arrived very late, but were greeted by the night manager. Communication with hotel was excellent!! Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms accurately described and pictured. Very clean in every aspect. And good sized bathroom 😊. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Special Thank you to Pablo who was super organised and always ready to help !!!
