Pros: Everything was clean. The stuff was so kind and helpful.

Cons: The room was small. So if you have a lot of stuff, that would be a bit difficult to manage.

Definitely recommend.

Pros: The staff was really friendly. Oervall, it’s a very clean place andI loved the fact that they have accessibility friendly options.

Cons: The tv didn’t want to connect to the Wi-Fi they had. Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great.

Stopover in Porto while flying from USA to UK.

Pros: Friendly staff, room was well lit and comfortable. Staff cleaned it every day. Water hot. Fridge in room. Staff gave us a kettle and cups for making tea. Did our laundry for reasonable price. Great food places nearby. Close to a metro station for getting to centre. Would stay again.

Cons: Sometimes outside bell would ring in the middle of the night. Limited number of electric plugs and some were in awkward places.

Perfect for overnight stay on way home after flight. Close to metro. Cafes close. 24 hr check in.

Pros: Lovely new bathroom. Outside/ undercover seating area. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great staff.

customer friendly clean hotel.

Pros: the room we had was an annexe. was single storey with enclosed balcony, like a garden room. The staff were ever so friendly and explained Porto and where to go. Nothing was to much trouble. two minutes walk to Metro (Marques) and took you to centre historico. All in all, an excellent choice of hotel for cleanliness and customer service.

Buen lugar, sencillo limpio adecuado para ir en pareja o amigos

Pros: El personal muy agradable y respetuoso la habitación muy limpia, acogedora. Relación calidad precio muy bien.

Cons: Por poner un pero las almohadas eran muy muy altas preferí dormir sin ella era muy incomoda. Tenia dos persianas que no bajaban pero solucionamos con las cortinas.

Pros: Muito bem localizado e numa zona calma. Na noite de sábado para domingo houve uma festa numa rua traseira o que causou algum ruido durante a noite mas nada de muito grave.
