Hotel Estoril Porto

Pros: Receptionist were candid and helpful throughout. Very friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. Really happy with the service to the money paid

Cons: I wish they have a choice of breakfast.

Lovely Portuguese hotel in easy access to all the sights.

Pros: We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the garden. We booked the family room being a group of five and had a decent sized room which didn’t feel overcrowded with our own small shower room. We used the garden in the evening having purchased some picnic food from the supermarket. If the evenings had been lighter I could imagine the gardens being a great place to chill out and relax as there are ample seating areas. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. We visited a great coffee shop just around the corner, Cafe Dunas. As it is in a pedestrian area there is no traffic noise and it is in easy walking distance to all the sights. The staff at the hotel were really lovely and very kindly accepted our very late checkin due to our flight time. We were able to store our bags on check out and collect them later that afternoon.

Cons: The beds were slightly hard but I think they normally can be in Portugal.

Pros: Good location close to Lello library, everything can be done by foot in the city centre.

Cons: Bed mattress was too soft and there is insufficient noise insulation between the rooms on the second floor.

We enjoyed our stay in this basic hotel and would go back .

Pros: It was well situated . It was in a quiet street. We had an attic room which we did expect, the room was compact but acceptable. Breakfast was basic continental but well worth 8 euros.

Cons: Three flights of stair but we did anticipate this.

Stunning hotel

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and Liliana on the reception was so welcoming and played! She really made the day what it was and I would definitely return

It was exactly what I expected.

Pros: The location is great. The room with balcony overlooking a beautiful garden was exactly what I wanted. The building is old and has character which I like and reception staff was very pleasant with excellent English.
