Pros: The beds were nice and the place very clean. We were able to get a early checkin which was nice. It was good value for money.

Cons: Our only real issue was that a rat or water vole died in the yard the first day, and even though we asked to have it removed, it never was.

Big 3 bedroom apt good for big family

Pros: Decent sized house that comfortably fit a family of 10 ( we had 6 adults and 4 kids). Kitchen was fully equipped. Although not close to the city centre but it was 20 mins away and surrounded by malls and various supermarkets such as Continente, Froiz and lots of coffee shops and cafes and restaurants just mins away by walk.

Cons: The beds! They were small length wise so husband and brother in law had to sleep on the floor. Also could feel the springs of the mattress. But the owner has promised new beds will be in by Aug. We had cars so we had to keep feeding the meter every 2 hours and had to have change ready for 2 cars- wish there was some parking accommodation available. Also check in was at 5pm. We checked out of our other place at 11am as per usual so had to wait somewhere with our bags in the car until 5pm. 3pm or max 4pm check in is always ideal.

Perfecta ubicación

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena. Hay cerca centro comercial y restaurantes. Coger un Uber al centro no cuesta más de 6 euros. Tiago responde muy rápido y nos solucionó un problemilla con los aires acondicionados.

Cons: No se especifica que hay bastantes escaleras para acceder a la vivienda que se encuentra en una primera planta. También la buhardilla donde está el segundo baño y un tercer dormitorio tiene escaleras empinadas. Para personas con problemas de movilidad es importante saberlo.

Pros: L'emplacement était top, pleins de commerce à 2 min à pied et en voiture tout était vite accessible. La literie très confortable !

Cons: L'isolation du bruit extérieur

Pros: La casa è grande e nonostante fossimo 4 coppie siamo stati bene! È vicino al centro e a 10 minuti dalla metro ma, consiglio vivamente di prendere Uber che è molto economico e comodo

Muy recomendada

Pros: La casa es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El dueño es atento y responde rápidamente. Está muy bien ubicada, a 200 metros de un centro comercial, lo cual resulta muy cómodo para encontrar lo que necesites. La limpieza impecable. Leyendo otros comentarios antes de alquilar, venía un poco escéptica por la habitación en la buhardilla, pero estaba muy bien, con techo bajo en los laterales como cualquier buhardilla y escaleras angostas pero a mi en lo personal me gustó y creo que es la más privada de las habitaciones!

Pros: Super emplacement. Restaurants, magasins et marché juste à côté. Très bien situé pour les visites à Porto et alentours.

Cons: RAS

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal (Commodités et accès aux transports). La literie est très bonne, la maison est agréable et propre.

Cons: Il serait judicieux de vérifier la propreté de certains éléments dans la cuisine(plats, lave-vaisselle)et d'y ajouter quelques ustensiles (économe,planche à découper,couteaux d'office et verres à vin). Les barbecues proposés sont inutilisables. Il faudrait préciser que le jardin est mitoyen et donc peu intime. Deux lampes de chevet et un plafonnier hors service.

Un lugar acogedor para una ciudad encantadora

Pros: La ubicación, ya que tienes opciones cercanas para ir a cualquier punto de la ciudad

Cons: Un poco ruidosa la zona al inicio de la noche

Pros: En general el estado de la casa era muy bueno, sobre todo la cocina y los baños. También la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena y rápida. La ubicación también, cerca de un centro comercial para ir andando.
