Fantastic view with fantastic rest.
Pros: Fantastic view, as promised on the photos! Perfect localisation, in the middle of the old town, close to everything. Very clean and well equipped with everything which might be necessary for simple cooking. Nicely furnished, with it's unique style - clearly someone put effort into that.
Cons: Windows are quite old and in Portuguese style, meaning no seal, single glass and some holes in the corners, so when it's windy or cold outside, it's also so inside. Would use some more toilet paper (or higher quality one)

Perfect in all respects!
Pros: The apartment was perfectly formed. Well considered decor with plenty of space for 2. Fantastic location in the historic area of Porto and within walking distance to everything we needed. So easy to explore from. Being high up gave us a lovely view of the river and away for any noise. Vasco was a delight to communicate with. Amazing!

Better than we imagined!
Pros: The location is FANTASTIC, there are many monuments nearby and also public transport. The communication with the owner was great, the apartment was ready for us a few hours earlier. The apartment itself was bright and spacious (there were 4 of us), beds comfortable, the kitchen had every utensil we needed, and the view was stunning, we were speechless. Even better than we imagined! Big recommendation!
Cons: Sometimes the internet didn't work properly but it came back quickly

The best place in Porto
Pros: This place is amazing. The view we had is 100% the best in the whole city. The apartment is located on the top floor so we never heard neighbours. There is an elevator in the building! The apartment is spacious and is designed in a very classic minimalistic style with a stylish old but well-maintained furniture. We haven't used the kitchen, so I can't say much about it but it looked like it has all basics. The host was very nice and welcoming and let us check in earlier. He also left a good bottle of wine and some cookies, which is super nice. He also gave us his recommendations about the restaurants around. Overall I would recommend this place! P.S. recommendation for the host: it would be absolutely amazing if you make a bar table with couple of bar chairs next to the window so you can enjoy the view, while sitting
Cons: The front door is very modern, the door opens by your finger prints. The first night I realised that I'm a bit anxious about it, since it's not a simple lock, I was afraid that it can be somehow opened through hacking the app or whatever. My husband wasn't worried about, so maybe it's irrelevant, but just so you know. I have never experienced that before and felt like I'm anxious going to sleep, since the front door is quite far from the bedroom and you can hardly hear anything if it opens. But nothing happened! So it's just my anxiety :) There was a smell in the bathroom I guess from sewer, that we got used to in couple of days, but it was unpleasant. I think just a simple aroma diffuser would fix this problem. The bathroom itself was quite tiny so if you have a lot of hygiene bottles, there is not much space for it. Also there is no shelf in the shower, so you'll have to keep all your bottles on the shower floor. Wasn't a problem for us but maybe for old people. (maybe the host can fix it in the future) Just so you know, these are minor problems. Apartment is amazing and worth every euro you spend on it. I think it's the best place in Porto.

Pros: 위치가 절묘하게 히베이라 위 이면서 번잡한 곳 바로 아래라서 놀러갈 땐 접근성이 좋고 쉴 땐 조용한 곳이었어요. 그리고 리스본에서는 히터가 없어서 춥게 잤는데, 여긴 히터도 있어서 잘 때도 춥지 않았고요. 뭣보다 이렇게 넓을 거라고는 생각을 못했는데 정말 넓은 침실과 거실 덕분에 짐도 편하게 펼쳐놓고 다닐 수 있었습니다. 포르투에 또 오게되면 여기 묵을거에요!

Pros: Top-Lage direkt in der Innenstadt mit einem beeindruckenden Blick über die Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos über WhatsApp. In der Küche ist eine Grundausstattung vorhanden.
Cons: Wir bekamen ein anderes Apartment als gebucht, eine Etage weiter unten, etwas größer - eine Info darüber wäre schön gewesen (es wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage erklärt, aber mit einer Flasche Wein entschädigt :-)). Teilweise gab es Probleme mit dem Schloss der Eingangstür zur Wohnung.
