Excellent location and comfortable apartment
Pros: Excellent location. Close to grocery and restaurants. Walking distance to Porto downtown scenery. Apartment is clean and bed is comfortable. Good quality toilet paper and a free bottle of port wine.
Cons: Road work outside and hard to drive through to the building and to the garage with a 9 seater car. Cooking stovetop turn off automatically during cooking.

Goodgarden Downtown
Pros: All three bedrooms were really comfortable and spacious. There were lots of useful things like a spare travel plug, an iron and hairdryer etc. The coffee machine was great. The location was perfect- we could walk everywhere and the nearby supermarket and cafes were so good.
Cons: Although it couldn't be helped at all, there were incredibly loud roadworks right outside and also in the adjoining building. At times, it felt like the end bedroom was shaking! We were woken by them from around 8, which isn't that early but you like to relax on holiday. Also, the dishwasher doesn't really clean the top shelf of crockery.

Wonderful
Pros: Tasteful, clean, well equipped, great location, a lovely coffee machine. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, lovely bed linen, quality toilet paper, quiet, safe. A perfect choice.

Clean, excellent location, good size bedrooms and amazing host!
Pros: Clean, excellent location, good size bedrooms. Host was very accommodating with our late checkout request, responsive and helpful with knowledge about the local area.

Pros: Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. En suite bathroom was very nice. Good communication from owner and helpful.
Cons: Roadworks directly outside building, which meant work started around 7.30am. The electric gate into the building made such an awful noise it woke us all up as soon as people started to arrive for work around 7am as the gate was the entrance to the car park for a number of different companies that used the garage facilities attached.

Excellent stay in a beautiful Porto!
Pros: The apartment is very well located, walking distance to most important parts of Porto. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything that can be needed during stay. Bedrooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Ongoing contact with host, well prepared instructions.

A truly wonderful location in a clean and safe building. Great for families!
Pros: This is a great and spacious apartment located in the very centre of Porto. Each room contained a queen size bed and a day bed, and the apartment was impeccably clean upon arrival. My young daughter loved all the festive decorations and the toys, and the onsite parking was very convenient.
Cons: The only thing to note is that the apartment like many in the building was once an office that was converted into a residential space. So the only communal area is the kitchen - there is no lounge. I knew this when booking the apartment, so it was no surprise. Otherwise, my only complaint is that at night, we had to have all three air conditioners on reverse cycle heating as the apartment was quite cold and the bedding quite thin for winter.

Pros: Great location in central Porto, the apartment was clean and comfortable, we stayed with our family who were very complimentary. Close to local amenities with local supermarket near by and great restaurants, bars and popular sites to visit.
Cons: Nothing that would prompt no tot use in the future.
