Riva House

Pros: The apartment close to the Duoro river had everything we needed, even a balcony. The area was calm, and we were able to park close to the apartment. We liked the interior. Also the welcome with the girl who showed us the apartment was very nice. Communication with the host was good.

A great apartment 20 minutes walk from the city centre- very simple contemporary feel to it and a wonderful terrace

Pros: It’s bright and contemporary and has a lovely terrace

Cons: It’s all great and works very well for us but we notice that a year after we first reported it that nothing has been done to fix the shower door which doesn’t close properly. This results in us having to wring out the shower mat and dry it after every shower when the problem wouldn’t take much to fix. It’s the only issue in an otherwise brilliant stay

Fantastic stay - love Porto

Pros: The location was great - we like to walk so it was no problem being a 20 min walk from the centre. And it was close to the river Douro which was lovely. It’s a compact flat but has great air conditioning and a lovely balcony.

Pros: Great location for seeing the city. Trams & buses close by, but walking distance. Lovely little flat, great bed & shower.

Cons: Parking was a squeeze as it’s a tiny street but we got sorted.

Pros: La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille, l’emplacement de l’appartement, accès aux transports en commun à cinq minutes à pied, parking gratuit

Cons: Manque d’Isolation phonique Manque de propreté notamment au niveau de la cuisine

Pros: War toll, ideal zu Fuß oder mit Tram in die Innenstadt. Hatten uns am Abend auf der Terrasse ausgesperrt (balkontür automatisch verriegelt, achtung), unsere Vermieterin hat uns 1h später befreit, nachdem wir sie telefonisch erreicht hatten. Also, balkontür einen Spalt auflassen. Ansonsten top und zu empfehlen.
