FLH Oporto Captain House

Pros: The apartament is located in an area of old houses which I liked a lot and is very close to the river. I had everything i need close to it, shops, cafes etc. I booked 2 apartaments as we were a group of 10 people and it was a bit above my expectations, the apartamemts had second floor, everything was clean and everyone had enough of space for themselves. We had a very comfortable stay and i higly reccomend to choose apartaments from FLH!

Pros: This property had everything we needed and was incredibly spacious for just the two of us. The host was accessible 24/7 and it was in a great location opposite the river. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough (25min walk) to the city centre, this is for you. Additionally, local supermarkets and a couple of restaurants were around the corner.

Pros: Good Location and beautiful river view from bedrooms.

Great stay in Porto!

Pros: The apartment was clean, and spacious. The view from the bedrooms were amazing. Our host was available on WhatsApp, and quick to respond. I will definitely request this apartment for my next visit to Porto!

Cons: The apartment wasn't ready for us at 3 pm check in time. The cleaning crew had yet to prepare the bedrooms, and so we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes more. Our host did apologise for the inconvenience. The drain function on the bathtub was faulty, so our host had to send in a technician to drain the bath water. But the issue was quickly resolved.

Pros: Very well located, comfortable, good fast service, very friendly greeting on the phone, good service!

Pros: Place was clean and and homely. Facilities worked well, customer service was responsive and very helpful.

Cons: Soap was provided in small packets but would be better if a bottle was provided instead

Nice, spacious apartment.

Pros: Nice big apartment, plenty of space for a family or group of 4 friends, we were a group of 3 friends on a leisure trip so having 3 toilets and 2 showers was extremely handy.

Cons: The key collection area is a half an hour walk from the apartment. It would make much more sense to use the key deposit box at the apartment rather than having to navigate your way from the key collection office.
