Pros: Location was excellent.Close to public transport cafe and restaurants.The room was small but well exuiped.

Cons: Steep stairs to 3rd floor for older people a challence.Noisy till late in the morning but if one closes double glazed windows it was quiet.Room was small especially to lay down 2 suitcases.

Bang for your buck travellers 10/10

Pros: Literally one of our best stays and we've travelled a lot. It was less than $100AUD for 3 nights per person. It was clean, locations right in the middle of the city went to the Jardim do Morro and Miradouro da Vitória view points both less than 20min walk, balcony was good, facilities and staff great. Check in was smooth, offer airport shuttle service, respond quickly

Cons: Minor issue but shower takes a minute to warm up

Great location but cautious about the sofa bed/extra bedding

Pros: Fab location, loved the balcony and helpful staff. Good faculties such as iron and ironing board, hairdryer and cooking facilities appreciated. Issues faced were sorted when raised.

Cons: Although confirming with the staff twice prior to arrival that the sofa bed would be in use (therefore extra bedding would be needed), our first night was ruined by the lack of duvet for the sofa bed. Arriving later on at night meant that this could not be resolved for the first night, leading to an uncomfortable and cold night of little rest which was frustrating as the extra bedding request was previously noted and reassured by staff several times before arrival. Staff were contacted about this and corrected it the following day which was appreciated, but I wish better checks were carried out prior to check in to ensure our first night was comfier. Further, no spare bed pillows were left for the spare, and cushions (which did not fit in linen provided) had to be used. Without clean covers, stains were a bit off-putting… Also- the bathroom is an ensuite to the bedroom, meaning if the sofa bed is in use, individuals must walk through the bedroom if the bathroom if needed.

Pros: Locatie en de duidelijke instructies. Fijn bed en heerlijk balkon.

Cons: Kleine aanrader: 1 handdoek voor 5 dagen is wat weinig. Ook fijn wanneer er een keukendoek is.

Pros: Un emplacement parfait : calme, à proximité des principaux sites à visiter et des restaurants

Cons: La télévision ne fonctionnait pas (un mode d'emploi serait utile) mais pas gênant car après une bonne journée de marche, on pense plutôt à se reposer! La hotte d'aspiration (+ éclairage) ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

Logement très agréable

Pros: Appartement très agréable et ensoleillé, proche de tout ! Le balcon est un plus. A deux pas d'une boulangerie sympathique pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons: Une seule serviette par personne. Une petite serviette supplémentaire aurait été appréciable.
