Lovely place but could improve to be fantastic

Pros: This is a lovely apartment. Well renovated and comfortable. It has a fantastic view! The stairs are worth the location.

Cons: Even though we gave 2 days notice of our arrival time. The host was 90minutes late and we were left waiting outside. There is NO wifi or TV or hand soap in toilet The property was clean but it has an ant infestation, in the kitchen, bathrooms and even in the beds! Hosts were lovely but need to be better organised.

Great view difficult location to get to and from to.

Pros: Loved the view and felt like entrenched in the neighborhood. A true experience.

Cons: I don’t mind stairs but it’s a tough up and down to get to the apartment so not for everyone. It’s a hike to get luggage just to the building so beware. They helped getting luggage to the apartment but not on checkout. Recommend on checkout you bring suitcases down to elevator if it it running. Worked out well for us. Two people took suitcases down to elevator and one waited til all suitcases were down at elevator then we took down to river. Still had a hill to make up to main road for taxi but not too bad. Not for people with mobility issues at all. Better for people in very good health condition. View from apartment well worth it once inside.

Fun location and friendly hosts!

Pros: This apartment was in an ideal location close to historic sights and plenty of restaurants. It had wonderful views of river and activity below.

Cons: We had no wifi and had to use our roaming phone service. Fortunately my husband was able to pay for more data with our established eSIM. There is no TV and no air conditioning. We opened windows and ran a fan for comfort. Lots of stairs to get to and from apartment.
