The long weekend spent in this fantastic city was helped enormously by having a great place to stay that was well equipp

Pros: I received a free upgrade on arrival which was very pleasing and the room that I was given was perfect for my requirements very clean and ideally situated with a very comfortable bed as a bonus

Cons: Only one small thing, the shower head was broken but this did not matter as the overhead rainfall shower worked fine. I did not get the opportunity to report the shower head so it really wasn’t an issue.

Short and sweet stay

Pros: Central location right on the waterfront, easy walk to everything. Onsite reception makes check in convenient. Hosts were lovely and helpful.

Cons: Suggest that access info is provided to patrons ahead as it can be tricky to find as it’s tucked behind some buildings and house number do not run chronologically as you expected. You can hear the buskers until about 10pm. The area is lively and you are soaking up the ambience

Fantastic location with awesome staff

Pros: The location was fantastic right in the middle of the ribeira area.

Cons: Could be a little noisy being in the centre of the restaurant area. You could hear the people in the room above moving around.

Pros: Location was right on the river, close to bridge, eateries etc. A little noisy at night. Accommodation itself was great for the couple of days I was there. Very helpful staff.

Cute well situated apartment.

Pros: It's in a fantastic location, right by the river in the heart of the action! The bed was really comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. There is a small Spar supermarket nearby to buy essentials.

Cons: Lots of noise at night, but I had earplugs and the window glazing was very effective, so I got a great night's sleep.

Great location, it was nice

Pros: The location couldn't be better, 20 meters from the river and close to the bridge. It was clean and the kitchen amenities were very useful.

Cons: There is no elevator, but it was not too difficult for us to climb three floors, we had little luggage.

Pros: Very clean and quiet although in the middle of the action along the river banks of the old town.

Cons: It is a bit tucked away and it took us a a bit to find it

Great little studio in a fabulous location

Pros: Excellent location. Clean, comfortable & well equipped. Friendly staff

Pros: You couldn’t get any closer to the river , location was good

Cons: Noisy as it was in the thick of it, still people out at 4 in the morning but you can’t have it all !

Special place with special staff.

Pros: The location is unbelievable. The staff on reception, particularly Camilla and Helder, we're extremely attentive, helpful and pleasant. The small kitchen area in the rooms is ideal, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We'd recommend these apartments for the location, price and staff.

Cons: It can be noisy outside and from guests above, but this is not excessive and closing the windows helps massively. The bathrooms really need a towel rail and some hooks as there's no where to hang any towels, clothes. Etc.
