Pros: I booked this place in the first weeks it was on Booking.com, with no reviews yet. I am so glad I did. This place is worth a stay. Everything you need and views for days. No rooftop bar will give you this view. Beds are comfortable. Space is beautiful. The apartment is very close to big tourist spots, grocerie shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons: I am sure everyone writing a review will tell you about the stairs. There is a lot of them so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Walking the stairs helped burn off some of the amazing food we had so it was worth it for me. I would however try and pack lighter luggage next time. We couldnt check in a bit earlier or check out later. The host recommended Luggit and we were very surprised about the amazing services. They come pick uo your luggage at a pre-choosen timeslot and drop it off at the requested location (for us it was the airport). Due to this we had the opportunity to explore for a few hours more before heading home. The room next to the kitchen is also next to the stairs, you can hear people walk and talk so if you are a light sleeper you might have some problem with it.

Emplacement ideal

Pros: Emplacement très bien situé par rapport aux activités et vue sur le pont.

Cons: Hauteur sous plafond un peu basse si vous êtes grand comme moi.

Nice stay, but lots of stairs to negotiate

Pros: Excellent location with beautiful views of the Eiffel Bridge and Gaia. Right in the old town and everything you need to see as a tourist is mere steps away. The apartment had a decent kitchen setup with coffee maker, hot water kettle etc. Pictures of the flat were appropriate and looked like the o es advertised. Price was good for the time we were there. Restaurants everywhere.

Cons: The rooms are extremely small. No matter which way you go, up the hill or down the hill, there are a multitude of stairs to negotiate. More going up then down. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Paid parking in a city garage at the top of the hill is 50 Euros for 72 hours. Almost impossible to find parking (paid) in the street below the flat which is the shorter distance to the flat but still up a lot of steep stairs. Beds were super hard, as were the pillows.
