RVA - Gustave Eiffel Apartments

Very nice view.

Pros: Very nice view. The room is comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Easy access to restaurants. Great location by the river. Large apartment with amenities, just like home. Ample room for our group (of 4 adults).

Cons: We stayed on the third floor. It was difficult climbing up (and down) the stairs with large suitcases due to lack of lift.

Wonderful experience in a great city.

Pros: Spaciousness, facilities (2 irons 😜) - great shower. Location was brilliant. Both restaurants next door were excellent too.

Cons: Nothing - all fabulous.

Pros: We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights at the end of our trip through Portugal. The deluxe apartment was fabulous. Its location beside Ponte Luiz I meant it was a short walk to Ribeira, on one side and Gaia on the other and was a great base to explore Porto. The apartment was spacious, we are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fab. The staff in the office (Ribeira Vintage) for check-in and check out were so helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend them. Overall an amazing experience.

Pros: The location was excellent and apartment recently renovated with air conditioning.

Cons: The road up to the apartment was quite narrow and we needed to pull over from a busy road, which was tricky in haevy traffic.

Pros: The apartment is in a highly central location and is both modern and quite beautiful.

Cons: Due to the thinness of the walls, it was possible to hear individuals entering and exiting the house, as well as traversing the staircase. It would be a welcome improvement to have additional shelving within the shower area for personal items.

Pros: Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The people at the reception were lovely and no language issues as all spoke amazing english. Facilities in apartment was great.

Cons: A bit of an uphill walk to get anywhere and a bit of a walk from reception to the flat but all within 10 minutes

Perfect

Pros: The view was perfect. The location of the house was very nice. It was like living in the Ribeira area. Watching the river while sipping wine was perfect. It was beautiful to sleep and wake up with the Dom bridge. I will stay here again when I come to Porto. Thank you.

Cons: In the apartment we stayed in, one room overlooked the river. The other room was closed in.

A nice introduction to Porto

Pros: The apartment has a lovely aspect facing the river. It's just off the busy waterfront bar area which makes it easy to access night life yet quiet and accessible. The staff gave an informative introduction to the city with a map. Everything is within walking distance so we did not have to worry about transportation.

Cons: The reception office is a bit of a distance from the apartment (about 10 mins walk) which is not too convenient when lugging big heavy bags around. The lighting in the apartment can be better.
