Overall, amazing stay. We’ll definitely come back.

Pros: The hosts were extremely helpful from the very beginning. The quick guide on how to access the flat was clear and straightforward, and everything was clean and well maintained. The flat (one-bedroom, upper level) had an amazing view over Oporto, if it was already stunning during the day, it was even better at night. The hotel also collaborates with ZenThai, located near the reception area at Ground Floor, which offers a 10% discount for hotel guests. I totally recommend it, the Zen Massage and Thai Massage were both amazing.

Cons: Unfortunately, the property does not have parking, which made parking in the area difficult, as it is a very busy location. However, the host was very helpful in directing us to the nearest parking options. Also, during our stay, and despite the Booking website stating that breakfast would be available upon request, there was no breakfast available at all. It would be good if this were clearly highlighted before booking, as breakfast was essential for my girlfriend and me.

Pros: Everything was great overall, but since the hotel is located near the road, it can be quite noisy due to traffic and people outside.

Excellent stay, good price for what we got, happy to recommend to friends

Pros: The location is pretty good and slightly away from the riverfront so quieter at night. We had a suite, which was a main bedroom (just off the lounge/diner/kitchen) and a single room, 2 bathrooms and overall the suite was a good size and I am sure could sleep 5 if you checked with them first as there was also a sofa bed. We did not use the cooking facilities or really the fridge as we were only there for a week and tended to eat out. There are a few restaurants very near by and a lot more on the waterfront as well as the Mercado Beira-Rio which as a lot of good options. Breakfast was included and was pretty reasonably, the usual continental buffet and some hot food choices.

It feels like coming home after a busy day out exploring ;- )

Pros: The apartment had plenty of room and was well equipped. The breakfast room felt very cozy as well as the little terrace out front with a very nice view. We liked the quietness away from the tourist buzz.

Cons: It was difficult to buy groceries to prepare your own breakfast or do your own cooking.

Great for Douro cruise and cable car

Pros: Well designed apartment accommodation in good location for Douro cruise. Nice roof top terrace.

Cons: Breakfast was OK but not exceptional.

Pros: My stay at Smatr Porto was clearly amazing! From.the responsiveness of the host, the ease of access at check in, the spotless rooms and facilities and the perfect location... to the wonderfully polite and attentive staff..I could not recommend this accommodation more highly.

Cons: Nothing, everything was top rated and went beyond my expectations.

Close to the river

Pros: The Appartement house is nicely located, a 5 min walk to the River Duro. The apartment room was big and equipped with a kitchenette. We liked the terasse a lot with a beautiful view. We did not had breakfast but is offered and can be booked. Can recommend!😊

Pros: Very spacious, beautiful views, good beds, good location.

Cons: Didn't have a balcony.

Lovely place to stay

Pros: Very clean and nice apartment, everythings very new, nice terrace, pool with a great view, bit harder if you are with a car, search for parkings and walk a few mins but in general perfect

Porto is an amazing interesting city.

Pros: Excellent location close to waterfront. Amazing view from rooftop. Spacious studio room.
