Pros: The receptionists and other staff are professional! 10/10 for them. They even sent me a refund after realizing they erronously charged me.

Cons: I think being a hostal where peligrims pass and after long hours of walking, the rooms were very smelly (shoes ...not the facilities). They could do something about it but also guests are responsible of not only.their comfort....but.others too. Like someone deciding to listen music without heardphone or loudly take a call in the room is a little rude especially because people get to rest at different times/hours.

Pros: The hostel is located in the very center of Porto, just a 5-minute walk from the church, with cafes, shops, and souvenir stores nearby. The beds are fresh and clean, the breakfast is good, and I was welcomed at the reception by a guy who explained everything in great detail. My Camino began at this hostel.

Pros: Best ever hostel! Location, stuff and room itself excellent. I liked everything. In female room for 8 people were bathroom with 3 toilets and 2 showers. Big room, very well organised. Nice city view. It was warm (January ), clean. Breakfast also very nice.

Pros: The guy from reception helped my a lot with lost mobile phone ( on bus station not hostel)

Pros: Very cool hostel located right by the river. Great music was playing all the time, the bed and room were very comfortable with everything you could need and the staff were extremely helpful and sweet. 100% recommend!
