Pros: Clean and quiet place. Well equipped kitchen, with big tables. Clean toilets with soap and hairdryer. Easy to reach, 2 minutes walking from the metro station with direct line to the airport. The property is easy to contact using WhatsApp. You can leave your luggage for free after your check out. Free towels for the private room. Nice and helpful people.

Comfortable enough, amazing location and staff
Pros: Nice staff, clean enough for a hostel, good bathrooms and kitchen, PERFECT location The bathrooms and kitchen are very neat and clean, a lot of space in a clothes in a room. The staff was very nice and friendly, and helpful.
Cons: Towels are not free, 2€ per one. But I’m happy it’s a one-time pay, not „per day” (happened to me in other hostels!). It would be nice to write information about towels on booking, because it’s not there (and it’s not obvious, because most hostels provide towels) We visited in January - and the building is an old one, which doesn’t have any systems for heating. The room was just wet and cold all the time. One day I needed to wash off dirt from my jeans, and even after 2 days hanging in that room they didn’t dry. And in the bathrooms (where they have heaters) it’s not allowed to leave anything but towels, so the jeans just stayed wet - outside from the rain, inside from the air wetness. The room picture showed only 2 beds, and the site said „2 beds available”, so me and my friend booked thinking we’d be by ourselves. Turns out it was a room with a three-level bed! Never knew they existed, and whoever invented them, its existence was definitely a awful idea, because me and my friend both would wake up every time our roommates (they changed) from the highest bed would change position of laying. Several times per night, because it made the whole construction shake soooo much. At some point I was just imagining that I’m on a ship, it helped. But then our last roommate decided to surprise us with smelly feet we were forced to sniff every time he climbed up, because pillowside of our beds were on that side. Not hostel’s fault, obviously, but it’s a nice idea to change positions of pillows when you arrive there, in order to not have smelly surprises. Unless you’re the one!

Pros: The hostel was very near to the metro and a supermarket so the location is very convenient. The staff were very nice and they would clean everything everyday. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen and dinning area was very spacious.
Cons: When I arrived, the hostel was a bit difficult to spot but the staff helped me locate it. The mattress was already too thin and triple deck so there's limited space to sit. There's no heating in the rooms but they provided me with another blanket.

Nice plays to stay
Pros: I had a great experience at this hostel in Porto. Even though I accidentally booked the wrong date, they kindly allowed me to transfer my breakfast to the correct day of my arrival. The hostel is very welcoming, and I definitely recommend it.
