Quite Good but can be better overall on key details

Pros: All good, nice flat with a nice bedroom to sleep and look around, close to Douro River. Spotless

Cons: Paid breakfast and not served. In the morning, beginning of the day, no one helped on that . Bedroom TV not working either, no one there to contact and overcome this issue. Perhaps some attention and reimbursement should be done to me, specially if breakfast announced not served.

Pros: Lovely stay! The room was exactly as described, the room was small but very comfortable and it was in a fantastic location - close to the metro, sunset spots and a huge supermarket. Breakfast included was a lovely touch, and our host was so friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Very nice room with a large terrace that backs onto a quiet field with grasshopper sounds, not the busy main street. It was lovely to fall asleep to those sounds. The room is a good size. The host is very kind and helpful. The common area is peaceful and homey. The breakfast was small but lovely and just enough.

Cons: Plates/utensils were not easily found in the kitchen for guest use, which isn't a problem if you're eating out in Porto (which you should be, the food is amazing). But perhaps ask the host to leave some out if you plan to cook for yourself. Not very soundproof from other guests and upstairs suites, but manageable. No AC, but a fan is provided, and the terrace opens up to provide plenty of fresh air (perfectly sufficient).

Pros: The location is great, very close to the tram stop and walking distance to Porto centre. The staff were friendly. Very good value for money.

Cons: I won't I didn't like...a couple of things could improve. The fan, especially during summer months could be better.
