WANT TO GO BACK

Pros: The atmosphere really suited me well — cozy and welcoming.

Cons: I visited the hotel during winter and, honestly, we really missed having bathrobes available. Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing.

Pros: The staf was very helpful. The room was nice (the size). The breakfast was good.

Cons: The construction all around hotels makes everything difficult. Especially carrying my luggages, it was no proper road and all mud. The room is plain. There is only towel, shampoo and toilet paper. That is why I say plain. No carpet. Better yo bring your slippers etc….

Pleasant stay without any major complaints.

Pros: Clean room, breakfast was decent. Location also good, 20 minutes walking distance to various locations of interest around the city centre.

Cons: You can hear some noises from the corridor or the room next door.

Pros: The hotel is an excellent location. Very close to Boavista roundabout where you can find plenty of services 3 shopping malls and a lot of places to eat and taste the delicious Portuguese food.

Cons: Although I was lucky to have a parking space available it is a petty that the hotel does not accept reservations, as the parking is not that big.

Very Comfortable

Pros: The room was very comfortable spacious and a nice shower too Room 805. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Good choice for breakfast.

Cons: There were road works/building/road closed going on at the hotel and Taxis/Uber were confused as to where we were waiting for pick up, we were there1st few days Oct'25, and we were told that the works will continue for a while. This is a big problem if ordering Tax/Uber.

A good accommodation in which to base our stay although some distance from the centre.

Pros: Breakfast was fine for me. The room was great for its purpose but could have done with an armchair in which to relax whilst sitting. The accommodation is ideal for short stay tourists and business travellers

Cons: Accesss by road difficult but thisw as due to extensive roadworks in the surrounding area. Perhaps improved signage may help and and advertising the hotel to taxi drivers. You need to be a fit mountaineer to walk to and from the centre as it the city is very hilly and the hotel some distamce from the centre.

Cons: The only issue was location when booking taxis. No Uber could seem to find where we were, had to rely on taxis for accessibility issues

Great place! Would book again.

Pros: So good. All the facilities you need to relax and get organised. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the TV area was great too. They have a desk which I could use to do work at. The bathroom and aircon was excellent. The customer service was also exceptional.

Cons: Nothing.
