Enjoyed my stay stay at Fenix Porto

Pros: Breakfast had a wide range of choices of food and drinks, everything was fresh. Breakfast area was spacious. Our room had a wonderful view and again very spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Room services was good.

Comfortable and spacious hotel near the city centre

Pros: Very comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are unusually spacious, which is rare. Very tasty breakfast with a wide variety of options. About a 20-minute walk to the city centre.

Pros: Spent 4 nights in HF Fenix. When booking I had requested a double room but was given 2 singles. We just pushed the beds together. The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was nice with wooden floors and nice full length mirror and was cleaned daily. There is a Lovely food market just a few minutes walk from the hotel with a variety of food and drink to choose from . A good 30 minute walk (some steep downhill) to the main area. But Ubers are cheap and there is a taxi rank right across the road if you don’t fancy walking.

Cons: The bar didn’t open until 5pm. The bathroom door was a sliding glass door with frosting just in the middle .

Great hotel for one night stay

Pros: The room decoration was lovely and exceptionally clean. We had a peaceful night’s sleep. It was also very considerate of them to serve us in the room, even though we were past the usual room service hours. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee and tea options, which were fantastic. The staff’s constant smiles also contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel.

Pros: I love this hotel. Conveniently located near the Casa da Música metro station and several bus stop, which will take you everywhere you need in a few minutes (downtown, seaside, airport…). The rooms are big and well maintained, with big bathrooms and showers, large windows and closets. Everything is very clean thanks to the efficient and discreet housekeeping staff. The Front desk staff is helpful and friendly and there’s nothing they don’t know about the lovely city of Porto (including finding you an open pharmacy on weekends). I’ll keep coming back, as always.
