We had a wonderful stay!

Pros: Everything! Great staff too! Location was perfect!

Cons: The shower needs an upgrade. There was mould in the shower and on the ceiling of the bathroom

Pros: Excellent location, very close to Mercado do Bom Successo and close to many bus stops. The single room was cozy and well equipped (and comfortable pillow!). Staff very nice and helpful.

Cons: All good, just a minor note: put a couple of hooks in the bathroom :)

Great Staff & Breakfast

Pros: The staff were excellent, lovely breakfast and the location met our needs

Cons: There is a lot of noise from the road and outside, the external soundproofing is really poor and is almost non existent. This is what has stopped me being able to score a 10.

exceeded my expectations - will definitely stay there again. Value for money.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs could have been a little hotter. Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. I appreciated the packed lunch when I had to make an early departure. Location fantastic, My room was perfect for me as a single traveller.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and comfy. Friendly personnel. Overall very welcoming and nice! Conveniently placed to go into the city by bus or metro (about a 10 minute walk). Good selection for breakfast, including warm food and delicious coffee. I have to especially praise the fast WiFi and perfectly working cast to TV - I like to stream my own selection of content and this is something so often overlooked in hotels.

Amazing property, kind team, general good location for travelling and exploring Porto

Pros: Beautiful reception area, was expensive but many other cheaper hotels around if I wanted to reserve. We got an upgrade to a suite upon arrival. Breakfast was amazing, all inc breakfast with a 5 euro room service tray charge which is standard everywhere. All in all the room was amazing and the stay was perfect for what we needed, would come again.

Cons: Stain on bed sheet and hairs clogged up the shower, maintenance resolved it next morning.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Ideal for a stay if attending an event at Casa da Musica. Amazing food market a few minutes away offering great lunch and dinner options. Only 10 minutes to the Metro to take you to Porto centre.

Pros: The hotel is clean and new,very comfortable beds,good size room,location is safe , easy bus and metro location to go anywhere

Convenient to metro station

Pros: The room and hotel are tastefully designed and spacious. However there is nowhere to put your clothes and the toilet and shower are strangely designed that you can see the person while they're using the facilities! You need to go with someone you know really well! The staff were very friendly and we took the metro to get into town.

Cons: The see through toilet and shower. No drawers to store clothes.
