Cheap, easy and convenient for Boa Vista area.

Pros: Nice old building, tasteful decor, great value. Relaxed, pension-style atmosphere. Convenient location for my purposes on this visit. Easy check-in and helpful staff. Decent breakfast considering how reasonable the prices are. Plenty of pillows.

Cons: The shower floor was bendy and flimsy and the shower temperature only went up so high, a bit below the temperature I'd like, at least in winter. The rooms are not at all soundproofed so you can hear everything next door and it can be difficult to sleep. The sheets were clean but stained and the curtains had stains too.

Pros: A small building in a very good location, a very nice lady taking care of the guesthouse. Breakfasts that meet expectations and are always on time.

Cons: I have no opinion, everything was fine.

Overall, the experience was good, and I would come again.

Pros: accessible location by metro or bus but also very walkable from the center, easy to self check in, comfortable room, breakfast was pretty good even tho it hadn't too much variety

Cons: When I arrived, the bed covers were visibly stained, and the bathroom was quite cold. One night, I ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower. I also had a problem with the toilet flush, although it was repaired the next day. Additionally, during my four-day stay, I received only one bottle of water, even though housekeeping came at least once.

Pros: Clean room and nice staff and easy check in and price is good. 😀

Cons: Some guests doesn't really care about making noise lol. Not your fault. All in all I enjoyed my station.

Pros: Nice common space, yard. My room had nice terrace. Close to subway. Fruits and sweet bakery are available on breaksfast

A pleasing and peaceful stay.

Pros: Really nice property and very convenient. Lovely en-suite and fridge in room is very useful. Bed was very comfy and had lots of fluffy pillows. Only wish there was more of a kitchenette, there was a sink, coffee machine dishwasher and a cold/hot water dispenser but no microwave or anything similar to heat food which would be convenient. But very clean and quiet and had a nice outdoor area to relax in the evenings. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Cons: No facilities for heating food. I would not expect a full kitchen but I would expect a kitchenette to provide something to heat a small meal with, like a microwave or even an air fryer.

Worth the stay!

Pros: Very good and quiet location. Very nice renovated facilities.

Cons: Room a bit small. Bathroom and bed not separated.

Budget luxury

Pros: This place really wowed me. The location was much better than I expected and I was very grateful for the fan during the hottest weekend of the year (hopefully!). The decor was also beautiful as was the downstairs garden. Everything felt clean and comfortable.

Spotless clean-Great location

Pros: The room was spotless and the kitchen area was well supplied with the things you need for making basic food. The coffee was also tasty and can recommend it.

Cons: Nothing!
