Great, we will be back :)
Pros: The spa was great, a little tired but very functional and we we're really happy that the fee covered 24 hours so in our case two days. The bed was comfortable and we had a massive bath as well as a stand alone shower.
Cons: The button on the beds in the spa wasn't working.

Great place to stay
Pros: Parking facilities, staff hygiene size of the rooms
Cons: One of the best places to stay in Porto. We stayed there for about a week and had an amazing time. The staff were friendly. The place was really hygienic. The food was also really good overall, an excellent place to stay.

It is an option but not as 5*
Pros: Almost a quite place and close by the bus and metro stations. Friendly staff ready to fix your accommodation problems.
Cons: Needed to change the room after a freezing night without heating AC working properly. No upstairs terrace for smoking (except for dedicated club members). Old furniture and deeply usage of the room were visible. A lot of things can be improved. Customers cooking in their own rooms, smells everywhere on the floor (incredible).

Great hotel and would go back
Pros: The staff we nice and helpful. Room was cleaned regularly to a great standard. The spa facilities were really good as is the gym.
Cons: The club lounge fell short of the club lounges i had been to before. Almost no point having one.

Business purpose hotel. Ideal for short visits
Pros: - Very service oriented reception, especially Guillherme - Concierge very attentive - Room upgrade without asking for it - Excellent breakfast - Shower issue fixed within 5min
Cons: - no supermarket next to hotel - no minibar. Have to call which is not ideal - Restaurant opens at 20h. For a business hotel there should he a restaurant that is open during the whole day. After long travels having nothing to eat and no minibar is the only key minus.

Pros: EXCEPTIONAL BREAKFAST! I have stayed at 5 stars hotel, way more expensive and their breakfast was not a great! This hotel was exceptional. I would book 1 or 2 nights again just for their breakfast! The staff is so friendly and non judgemental, I really appreciated!! The room was very comfortable and they even gave us a bottle of procesco and a chocolate cake when we told them we just got engaged! it was such a nice surprise!
Cons: The spa staff was not so nice we were just asking to visit to see if upgrading for a day would be worth it and she was quite rude to our request and refused. The area is a bit too modern and have nothing really interesting near by - we are not into football so no point. it is a very residential area.

Excellent business hotel.
Pros: After coming from 4* hotel in Lisbon it was really top class for reasonable price. Spacy room, nice bed, excellent bathroom area. Also breakfast had a high standard.
Cons: A view, but it was business this time, no time spend more in the hotel.

Loved staying here
Pros: Great location, not central but I appreciated that, away from the tourist areas. Quiet location, felt very safe. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is great, all in all a great value hotel. The sea is not far, Bolt is a great service to use while out and about. It was my birthday and the hotel surprised me, unbeknownst to me, with a lovely birthday note, a cake and a bottle of champagne in the room, which was extremely nice on their behalf.

Nice location, delicious Breakfast and beautiful SPA
Pros: Nice and well clean Hotel, Spa area just amazing, Apero everyday was delicious. We liked very much the Breakfast, it was just luxurious and tasty 😋 I big thanks for the proseco and cake in our arrival.
Cons: The size of the room wasn't suitable for a family. Shampoo and soap with masculine scents, wasn't bad but it should be more neutral. Employees were not all friendly, by the Bar we need always to chase them to get a drink what i find not suitable for a 5 starts hotel. At checkout they did an error and tried to get again the all payment of our room, which was paid in advance before our arrival. Nevertheless the card company find it suspicious and blocked our card in the end of our travel. We find out in the restaurant when we try to pay the bill which was a bit annoying.
