Pros: Excellent location. Very good staff who gave great recommendations for restaurants etc. breakfast delicious but expensive if not included!

Cons: Only down point was a tap that didn’t work in one of the basins and a slightly noisy fridge!

Pros: Loved everything about it. The staff were ace! Very helpful. Enjoyed my stay!

Pros: Great location and friendly staff. I wish to mention in particular the concierge Mr. Serafim Cerqueira who showed great professionalism. We were pleased wtih his hospitality and warmth, typical of the people in the region I suppose.

Cons: Breakfast is not good at all, very few items and everything else has to be ordered a la carte.

Excellent hotel

Pros: The hotel looks amazing even from the outside, situated in a high-end area of the city, Nice, spacious and luxurious lobby and mezzanine for breakfast and snacks, great restaurants (we had lunch at Yakuza). The room was amazing: comfortable bed, nice bathroom with his and hers sink, bathtub and shower. Room service offers tasty lunch/ dinner options (fish/ meat). Nice a la carte menu at breakfast.

Cons: Service was (at times) a bit slow, but always efficient.

I would come back to this hotel again

Pros: Comfortable, clean, nice location. Most of the staff are very helpful(except the receptionist that check us in, Nobody helps us with the luggage, didn’t show the room. However all other services were good.

Cons: No toothbrush in 5 star hotel.
