Enjoyable experience overall

Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful with any queries. The hotel was clean throughout and the spa facilities were very good.

Cons: The room was smaller then what we had expected

Pros: Absolutely spotless all round. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. And helped with anything requested immediately. On site spa was perfect with plenty of treatments available. Never had any issue booking any of these!

Pros: Central, right next to a metro station and in easy walking distance of a lot of attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful, bedrooms very nice and the shower room was one of the best I’ve ever been in.

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and clean and in a fabulous location. I asked for a little birthday cake candle without any notice and staff organised it. My husband even got a little port beautifly packed in cork. Thank you very much, we had a great stay.

Cons: Considering this is a 5*hotel and international guests are the norm, staff seems to avoid us because they speak little to no English. The young lady at the reception seems to be shy too. Also, our tea and milk weren't refilled unless we asked for them. The breakfast choice for vegetarians is average, and there was no salad at all.
