Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located with amazing staff

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Porto, with metro and bus stops right in front, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. Our room was very clean, and the staff were polite, amazing, and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location but could do with a bit of upgrade and update

Pros: The location was exceptional super central and well connected.

Cons: I paid for breakfast but I forgot to ask when I arrived and they didn’t remind me either so we left and had to have breakfast in a shop, I didn’t see a place where they could give breakfast to be honest. Also the beds weren’t as comfortable as they looked as you could feel the springs on your back.

Cheeky old hotel in centre of city I’d go back and spend on the lovely food and drinks in the area.

Pros: Central location next to a metro station and 500m from metro to the Airport. All the main attractions like the cathedral and markets very close by Louis 1st bridge and cable car a short walk.

Cons: A little dated but was a fair price for a city centre hotel. More modern hotels on the same road were 3 times the price.

Pros: It was very central and a short walk away from most of the places we wanted to visit! Also the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating :)

We were welcomed by the staff and they kept our room fresh. The location is amazing.

Pros: Being on the plaza was wonderful, especially when Portugal won the soccer championship! Having a lift and being right next to a metro stop gave us great accessibility to the city.

Great value for money hotel in central location.

Pros: Good location a few minutes walk from the city centre and the river front. Small 2 star hotel which is clean, good value for money and has friendly reception staff. They don’t serve breakfast but there are numerous cafes nearby.
