Excellent stay in luxurious hotel

Pros: Luxurious, modern hotel a few minutes walk from the main area of town. Very stylish, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. The pool and sauna were a bonus and very nice.

Super hotel, lovely rooms, kind and helpful staff

Pros: The staff were fantastic. We found the location really good as well, it took about 15-20 mins to get to the riverside. We found nice bars and restaurants around the hotel and the whole city. Roomy, very clean, comfortable accommodation, lovely bathroom, good shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided. Robes and slippers also provided. A nice touch! The pool and sauna were fantastic, a real bonus after days out exploring.

Cons: A small “moan” but we thought a few more hooks in the room and a few more hangers would have been useful. But we were there in a period of very high rainfall so we had large wet winter coats to dry.

Loved it!

Pros: We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had such a lovely experience. The decorations were beautiful and really made the occasion feel special. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We absolutely loved the spa and the pool was perfect we went as soon as it opened and it was lovely and warm. The location is also amazing with restaurants and cafés just a 5-minute walk away. A beautiful hotel and a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back!

Cons: The only downside was the pool seating area. It’s quite small and when it got busy there weren’t enough chairs available. Adding more seating around the pool would really improve the experience.
