Central location, great breakfast

Pros: Great location in Porto, subsidised parking next to. Great breakfast.

Cons: Small room overlooking the car park. That’s the problem with travelling with a dog!

I would stay again. Good location.

Pros: The property was well located and staff very friendly. The rooms were big too.

Cons: The toilets. The shower was a bit broken, you had to fiddle it the head so you could make the water heat your body. And a little bit of a sewer smell, which is not their fault but I think is the system. Quite hard to open and close the bathroom door as there is not much space between the handle and the wall.Despite it was clean.

Comfortable room

Pros: The room was cleaned every day , the staff were knowledgeable and helpful, the breakfast was good if you went early enough.

Cons: The location was a little distance from the nicer parts of Porto but wasn't a problem for us

Clean and functional hotel in a central location

Pros: The hotel is very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is central. It’s a good value for money and meets the expectations of a basic hotel stay.

Cons: The entrance is a bit odd as it’s inside a building. Also, there are two Ibis hotels in the city with similar names, which caused some confusion upon arrival..

Great location. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Pros: Location, price, breakfast, comfy bed. Quiet hotel considering its central location... that was also a plus.

Cons: Nothing really, just something really minor which bothered my wife a little bit was the smell of food preparation (for breakfast) in the middle of the night (say 4, 5am ish). Again, something minor but worth noting.
