Amazing staff, great value and location

Pros: Without doubt some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful hotel staff I've ever experienced. The place has a really down-to-earth feel about it. The breakfast has a good mix of cooked and cold selections with the hot items focusing slightly more toward healthy options. I had a garden room. It was quite simple but was very clean, warm, quiet and equipped with everything I needed. Location is good for the metro - nearest stop is Bolhao, which is 10 minute walk and serves most of the lines. Access is direct from the street via key card at all times so it feels very safe. Combined with the excellent value for money, I would highly recommend.

Lovely for a weekend break in Porto

Beautiful Porto

Pros: The location the staff are excellent. The place was great on the eye. The location was walking distance to everything. Beautiful breakfast. Absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommended. We loved Porto.

Cons: Our shower was not hot enough for 2 showers. One if you were very quick. The staff were excellent at trying to fix the problem.

Pros: The staff were outstanding, always smiling, welcoming, and happy to help. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we really did. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly prepared eggs every morning, whether you preferred fried, scrambled, or boiled. High-quality, fresh ingredients and a breakfast team that was both warm and highly professional.
