Pros: Everything, our room was generous, the staff were welcoming and thoughtful. The area was interesting

Pros: Super nice hotel, and the personal was always nice and friendly. We loved our room, that it was quiet, comfortable and it had blackouts to sleep well. We were also very happy for the brunch!

Cons: We noticed that the floor was still dirty after the cleaning, so we would just suggest to check that :) And eventhough the location had very beautiful views, to reach most places you have to go up the hills

Pros: Great location, the hotel is modern, rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. I can recommend it and am happy to stay there again!

Cons: The breakfast on Saturday morning can be busy, so I was asked to wait as there was no available table. And once I got in, it was obvious that it overwhelmed the staff, as many options were missing (like eggs, bacon, bread...) and it took them some minutes to refill everything.

Very nice hotel with very professional and helpful staff

Pros: Very nice rooms with a good view over the river. Staff were all fantastic. Good range of food for breakfast. Bar and restaurant food and cocktails (drinks) were fab.

Cons: Tv didn’t work very well.

A wonderful and relaxing stay with great comfort, excellent food, and exceptionally kind staff.

Pros: The room was great, spacious, very clean, and with a beautiful view over the river. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony right by the river was a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Gabriel and his colleagues showed us the food on the first day and kindly escorted us to our table. We also had dinner there: it was quiet, very pleasant, and the food was delicious.

Cons: There was nothing we particularly disliked. If we had to mention something, it would be that the spa was not open on Sunday, but overall everything was great.

Pros: Properly space inside the room. Good beds. Nice view to the river.

Cons: Although the hotel looked new, the room had a strange smell (of sweat). The carpet was dirty.

Friendly, professional and accommodating. The hotel was busy at breakfast time but never heard any noise from any other

Perfect Hotel in Porto

Pros: The staff were exceptional, The room was perfect as was the location and the building is very unique, Loved it here

Beautiful view

Pros: The hotel has is amazingly located by the river with a marvelous view. It's quite close to the center and the room was impeccable and the staff really warm and welcoming.

Cons: The entrance to the parking is quite tricky since it's narrow and requires to cross the tram line with little visibility when getting out of the parking garage.

Met our needs superbly

Pros: A good range of different items included to cater to all tastes.

Cons: Cooked items were a bit cold on the first morning.
