Overall good

Pros: Great location, nice spacious apartment. Street noise loud , could not open a window. No house keeping . But overall we enjoyed the space in the room and location . Guest ready good communication.

Cons: Noise from main road

Pros: Best Location very Close to the Igreja de São francisco and palac da Bolsa and river. Very nice old building, big room with high ceilings and balconies.

Great value for money

Pros: The location is excellent, the room is spacious and clean and the self check in was very easy. It was great value for money.

Cons: There are big windows above the doors into the rooms and the hall light stays on all night so it makes the room very bright - I attempted to turn off the hall lights and it's not possible.

Pros: Amazing hotel in a great location. The view is just stunning. In 5 minute walk you will be in the best places by the river.

Pros: Fantastic location for visiting the city on foot or by public transport, spacious room with a very comfortable bed, great views.

Cons: Room maintenance could be improved.

Pros: The instructions received were very clear and easy to follow. We did easily get into the building and get our key to our appartment.

Cons: We asked for an extra blanket and an iron. The answer we got is that both items could have not been provided which is the only downside of our stay.

Lovely room

Pros: I loved the place. Very spacious and really well kept by the staff. You can see lovely street and in the morning we saw a parade on the main street and everything is really close, closer than you really really think.

Cons: In the night this room in particular has loud sounds from the ventilation system that is installed in the business below. They switch it off at 1am , so your sleep will be really bothered. Carpet needs to be fixed, the edges are up, you might trip and I can not imagine what can happen next. Show, once you are in, the water will get everywhere.

Close to the center, cute, clean, bit loud because of the cars.

Cons: Bit loud due to the cars in front of the building, earplugs are recommended.

Lovely room with bathroom in a central location. Ideal for a long weekend!

Pros: Ideal central location. Short walk to many restaurants and bars and close to public transport services. Hassle free check-in and housekeeping was a big bonus. Water also left in the fridge on arrival!
