Location is important

Pros: It is very clean , and the rooms are very spacious. Very well located.

Cons: The bed has only one pillow and it is very hard. Some people we need soften pillows, otherwise we wake up with neck pain. I also didn't like the interior architecture of the restaurant, it gives bus station vibes. I think it could be improved. It is not very inviting...

Exactly what we needed

Pros: Great location right next to huge mall. Very clean and quiet. Allowed us to check in four hours early for a modest fee. Coffee available 24/7. Friendly staff.

Cons: Toilet didn't flush very well.

Cons: The hot water in the shower was too hot, and the air conditioning control wouldn't let me change the temperature; it was always hot.

Pros: The property it’s right across the street from Joao de Deus metro and El Corte ingles and about 20min walking distance to the city centre on the Luís 1 bridge. The room was clean and the staff was cleaning daily. The breakfast was good and various. Also they provide tea and coffee for free all day long. If we ever return to Porto we will for sure stay here again.
