HC Villa Douro

It was a perfect place to stay, with absolutely lovely host.

Pros: Species house, very clean. Good, comfortable beds. Calm, but very close to the main attractions. The host, Clare, was very nice and helpful.

wonderful stay, discovered my new favorite area of Porto

Pros: hosts were remarkable and assisted in dining reservations and advised us as an insider to the area.

Pros: As instruções enviadas pela Clara foram bem assertivas. A localização é ótima, fizemos muita coisa a pé. Local limpo e bem equipado. A casa é antiga é muito fofa! Experiencia muito boa!

Cons: Não tenho criticas.

Pros: Echte portugese woning. Fantastische host Clara had gezorgd voor cake en port. Ook via haar een Fado avond geboekt. Niet zo'n toeristisch gebeuren, maar in een klein straatje in Villa Nova. Klein restaurant, heerlijk eten, waanzinnig uitzicht op de stad en prachtige muziek.

Cons: De luiken van de slaapkamers sloten niet zo goed. Hebben we afgesloten met onze uitschuifbare wandelstokken. Ook heeft de tussendeur van de twee slaapkamers glazen bovenramen. Daar schijnt licht doorheen als een van gebruiker nog niet slaapt

Alojamiento ideal para familias a solo un paseo del centro de Oporto

Pros: Casa muy acogedora con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad de Oporto. Ubicada en Vilanova de Gaia se puede llegar a Oporto dando un bonito paseo, disfrutando de la rivera del río Duero y de las increíbles vistas de la ciudad. La casa estaba muy limpia y caliente a nuestra llegada, con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda. Clara, la anfitriona, ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y fue tan amable de dejarnos retrasar la hora de salida. Es un alojamiento con mucho encanto y perfecto para familias.

Cons: No le puedo poner ninguna pega, ha cumplido totalmente con nuestras expectativas.

Wunderschön

Pros: Wir haben selten so ein schön restauriertes Haus gesehen. Das hübsche Stadthaus ist ein echter Traum, Stuck unter der Decke, origelle Badezimmer, alles liebevoll dekoriert mit Antiquitäten, bequeme Betten, PARKPLATZ. Die Lage ist gut, man geht eine Straße hinunter und ist in etwa 6 min. schon am Douro-Ufer. Es gibt auch einen Fußweg an der Mauer entlang, mit dem man die befahrene Straße umgeht. Unterhalb des Hauses liegen die alten Lagerhallen für den Portwein, man kann das Areal auf einem gekennzeichneten Fußweg erkunden. Wir waren sehr froh, nicht im völlig überfüllten Porto untergekommen zu sein. Auf dieser Seite des Douro hat man wunderschöne Ausblicke auf Porto und die Brücke. Ideal für Fotos! Es gibt jede Menge Gastronomie und dabei ist es nicht ganz so voll wie in Porto selbst. Aber man ist schnell über die Brücke mitten im Porto-Trubel.

Cons: Nichts.

Une merveille, une pépite...

Pros: C'était MERVEILLEUX !!! Clara est une hôte agréable, sympathique, souriante et qui parle très bien le français. Le logement était tout simplement un régal pour les yeux, le ressenti, l'originalité, sa localisation. La proximité avec les quais de Vila Nova de Gaia est un plus incontestable. Le petit port d'Afurada une pépite gustative (à refaire). Une seule nuit passée mais nous y serions bien restés au moins une nuit supplémentaire.

Cons: Rien, tout était parfait.

Pros: La signora Clara ci ha accolti con una gustosissima torta e dell’ottimo porto. L’appartamento è davvero spettacolare. Ristrutturato con eleganza nei minimi dettagli. Pulitissimo. Eccezionale
