Pros: Good quiet location, very nice and clean flat. Beautiful view. Some shops and restaurants nearby. Close to the public transport (Metro, bus). All necessary amenities were in place.
Cons: Second floor with no elevator, so a lot of climbing the stairs.

Highly reccomended host, excellent location and a lovely stay
Pros: The location was excellent. It's far enough from the touristy places so the prices for restaurants and shopping were cheap, but still not that far from downtown that you couldn't walk. Also, the location was between two metro stations and I had a local Portuguese shop two houses away. The apartment had everything I needed for two week stay. Washing machine, fridge, tv, and a sofa for chilling after a long day.
Cons: I was there in early spring so the heat had not set in. That meant the apartment was rather cold and the balcony only got sun between 4-6 pm. There was a nice orange tree outside but since I was looking for sunshine the lack of sun on the balcony was a bit of a let down.

Pros: Good location, was accurate with the photos and clean. Overall very satisfied
Cons: Only thing that could be better is the comfortness of the bed and that there is few mosquitos at night that will disturb your sleep.

Bonito apartamento pero con alguna otra pega
Pros: Lo limpio que estaba, la decoración y la ubicación donde se encontraba.
Cons: Las camas eran duras (me costaban dormir) y el techo un poco bajo (a veces me daba un golpe en la cabeza). Una de las cosas que no me gustó es que en la terraza tapaban los arboles y no daba vista a la calle que era bonita. El precio podría haber sido un poco mejor

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządzającymi obiektem, obiekt był gotowy do zamieszkania kilka godzin przed czasem. Czysto, wygodnie, dobra lokalizacja.

Buen alojamiento en Oporto
Pros: -Alojamiento muy bien decorado y equipado. -Cápsulas de café, té y azúcar de bienvenida. Muy limpio. -Ducha amplia, con buena presión y bonita. -Cocina equipada con microondas, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora y vitro. Abundantes vasos, platos y cubiertos. -Terraza con lavadora (detrás de una puerta). -TV satélite con unos 100 canales aprox. -Ubicación cerca de 2 paradas de metro (hacia arriba Marques y hacia abajo Faria Guimaraes, ambas a 4-5 min del alojamiento)
Cons: -Almohadas incómodas, hay dos por cama, una es insuficiente porque es muy baja y 2 son demasiado. -Colchones a ras de suelo (aunque es cierto que ya se ve en las imágenes), no cómodos al 100% -Solo un espejo en todo el alojamiento (el del baño, y además pequeño)! Estaría bien tener otro (de cuerpo entero, por ejemplo en el pasillo) -Sofa chaselonge beige con manchas visibles, no sé si antiguas o que no se van al ser un color claro... -Ubicacion algo mejorable a pie, ya que quedaba a 20-22 min al centro (de bajada sin problema, pero de subida la cuestita se nota)

Cute studio in quiet neighborhood
Pros: The studio was newly remodeled and had everything we needed for our stay in Porto, including the facilities to prepare simple meals and wash clothing. The staff left clear instructions for entry and was very responsive to our questions and requests. When we didn't find a microwave or drying rack in the apartment, a friendly staff person delivered both items the next day. In addition, they gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and attractions to enjoy in Porto. The location was in a real neighborhood that was close enough to walk downtown but far enough from the late night noise. The air conditioning and wifi worked well. We didn't use the balcony but appreciated that it was there.
Cons: The studio is very small and there is very little storage for one's clothing and other items. A few more pegs on the wall and some shelves would greatly help in this regard. The biggest issue is the access to the sleeping loft - it is very dangerous, narrow, and with no rail. Children and people with strength or balance issues could fall and be seriously injured climbing up and down, and people over 5'8\

Pros: Все чудово. Гарні апартаменти. Був набір для душу,рушники,фен. Великі вікна і балкон з яких вид на дерева з апельсинами ❤️ Легкий дистанційний спосіб заселення. Місце розташування відмінне, легко дістатись як до метро, до центру і багато магазинів і місць щоб поїсти.
Cons: Крім декількох нюансів,все чудо. - Немає можливості закрити двері у ванну, замок не працює. - трохи виднівся пил на меблях, дерев'яних балках, флакони ламп.
