Pros: The lady at reception was excellent and very easy to work with. She went out of her way to help us and was even able to provide us with a piece of luggage we required.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Cons: Maybe the shower could be a bit less claustrophobic :) And the water stream/pressure was in the shower a bit weak, but all was super clean and cozy;)

A great stay

Pros: Very well placed, very good value for money, very clean and the lady in charge is very nice.

The place to stay for a city break in Porto.

Pros: From check in to leaving, everything was perfect. The room was very quiet - for a city centre hotel that is a bonus, also very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city centre.

Cons: In my view, the hotel was perfect. Nothing could have improved my stay

Adequate for my needs

Pros: The hotel was suitable for our trip ,because we where all male party on a football trip

Excellent quality and location for the money if you are planning a short weekend stay in Porto.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and gave us some indications to better enjoy our stay in Porto.

Cons: The bath/shower was clean and functional, however tiny and outdated, the splash curtain would stick to your body constantly due to the lack of space and taking a bath was not an option.

We felt at home and Rosa was very kind and friendly. A very hardworking person. Thank you Rosa!

Pros: Spacious room with a big fan, the cleanliness; all white and relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds.

Cons: -The bathroom was just what you need, which was great, but there was a funny smell (although we understood it as it didn’t have a window. I liked the bright paint and it was very good overall.

Pros: Great location and value for money. Check in/out hours were very generous. The lady at the reception was smiley, helfup and kind to me - she deserves a raise. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Oporto.

Nice stay in Porto

Pros: I loved the hotel it was very cute and the lady was nice and friendly.

Cons: The shower is not the best we had difficulties with adjusting pressure and temperature.

Helpful staff.

Pros: I recently missed my flight and found myself in need of a place to stay. After searching online, I was fortunate to secure a room at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way, even after regular working hours. The next day, I had an early flight, and the staff kindly accommodated my needs outside of their usual schedule. Their exceptional service made a stressful situation much more manageable.
