Fabulous place to stay in Porto's historic quarter

Pros: Wonderful apartment with high ceilings and an enormous ceiling rose! The room had 3 tall windows with wooden shutters and a 6 foot bed. Beautifully decorated which created a luxury feel. Large walk in shower with hot water all the time and lots of mirrored wardrobe space. The breakfast basket was a real treat, left outside your door between 8.30 and 8.45 each morning. We loved the 'Literatura' apartment, on the third floor, and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Porto

Cons: Once you realised the best place to hang your towels was on the 'coat stand' all was fine!

Pros: Everything. A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The delivery of the breakfast basic each day was a bonus and very much appreciated.

Lovely little gem which had hidden surprises deliver each morning.

Pros: This was a very central location and a bit of a hidden gem. We met the owner and she was very welcoming and just wanted to make sure our stay was what we wanted and there was nothing more she could do to help. We were so surprised each morning when a delightful and filling breakfast was delivered to.our door...even fresh coffee capsules to ensure we had a coffee each day. We were staying just over a week and even had our sheets and towels changed...so more like a hotel by the way we were treated. Exceptional.

Cons: Therefore only 2 things we didn't like. 1 the mosquitos which we were surprised with and had about 3 in our room each night...but they caused no end of bites. When we me tinned them the owner was in there with repellent and it worked a treat. Apparently porto has been bad for them this year. Number 2....hanging space for cloths is lacking especially if there more than a few days. We didnt find it an issue as the flat is large enough to store suitcases downstairs and in the bedroom area which we could trip over and was ideal for us...so not really an issue.

A fabulous apartment that I would happily recommend

Pros: Lovely well presented apartment. Well equipped,good air conditioning, great breakfast delivered to your door every day, excellent location for all the sights and very good restaurants

Pros: Very cute little studio apartment in a fantastic location for exploring Porto. Nice breakfast deliveree to the door each morning.

Enjoyed our stay there

Pros: The breakfast basket was a great bonus. The location excellent with a fantastic view. It was extremely central but very quiet.

Cons: The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and the bed was way too firm for me.
