Pros: The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The rooms are new, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the thoughtful design details and their high quality. We also greatly appreciated the location – the street was quiet, yet it was very convenient to reach many attractions on foot.

Cons: The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which felt a bit modest. We would have appreciated a slightly wider selection, although it gave us a nice reason to explore some great breakfast places in the city.

Simply unbeatable central location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lovely staff. Fabulous vibe.

Pros: The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and friendly service. Freshly made bread and pastries. A good choice of cereals and jams.

Cons: The fountain wasn't working in the garden area which was a shame.

A perfect stay in Porto

Pros: Oh my goodness, the breakfast was divine! Our bedroom was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on our balcony each evening after a hard day of exploring. Staff were so friendly and we loved the decor throughout the hotel. Would recommend full heartedly!

Pros: Great breakfast, super comfy bed and fantastic location

Cons: Damp in the bathroom with a leak coming through from the floor upstairs which made the whole bedroom smell and a broken bathroom door which wouldn’t shut. When we told the staff at the hotel they said they were aware and renovating in the coming weeks but offered no apology or compensation

Fabulous stay in beautiful Porto.

Pros: Comfortable boutique hotel which is really nicely designed and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely too.

Cons: If you are a meat eater then worth noting that breakfast is vegetarian. The breakfast is lovely though with freshly cooked eggs to order.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location

Pros: Old townhouse converted into an elegant boutique hotel. Room was large overlooking a pretty garden, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were greeted very warmly and offered a delicious welcome drink despite arriving quite late. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and super helpful throughout the whole stay. The room was beautifully decorated and really appreciated the water and teas available and refreshed every day. Great location too!

Cons: Just a few small things. The bathroom door didn’t close at all (it appeared half of the lock was missing entirely?). Although breakfast was nice (fresh orange juice and delicious eggs available in any style), you had to make your own coffee with a coffee machine (so no way to make a cappuccino or similar) and there wasn’t that much choice. However, I do understand not wanting to waste food which is common with buffets. It was enough for us but for those wanting a big breakfast it may not be. As I said, these are very small things that didn’t impact our stay very much, we’d definitely be back!

Pros: Really exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about our stay here - the environment, facilities, aesthetics, services and more. The vegetarian breakfast was amazing too. Would definitely recommend and return for the next time!

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff.

Pros: Good vegetarian (only) breakfast. Great Location. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Free drink of port with tonic and lemon was a lovely surprise.

Cons: Would have preferred a full breakfast (someone booked for us and we didn't know the situation). The bar is a very narrow room and the seats uncomfortable.
