for what i was doing it was realy good well kept friendly i have a good time

Pros: rooms was very clean the location was in the middle of no were so suited what we was doing but would not go there for a holiday destination

Cons: LOL it was cold, could not get the heating to work but that may have been me, i think i was there a little out of season

Pros: Easy to get into, Andre was polite and quick to sort the room

Cons: A little further out than we wanted to be but close to Sao Bento station

A lovely, cozy stay in a great location

Pros: Clean, comfy, and close to everything — made my Porto stay easy and relaxing. Exactly what I needed for a quick city break.

Central, clean room

Pros: The room was very clean, in a really central location, close to many places of interest , ten minutes walk to the bridge. Even though the room we were given was just next to the reception, we didn't have any problem with noise. The beds were very comfortable.We didn't try the breakfast, so we can't say anything about it.The reception is available 24/7.

Cons: The only problem we encountered was carrying our heavy suitcases on the stairs as there is no elevator. Overall it was a really good experience.

Pros: The apartment itself is nicely spacious and features a logical, well-thought-out layout. Its position is absolutely ideal - located right in the heart of the main shopping districts and just a short walk from the charming old town center. A particularly helpful feature was the option to automatically pick up and leave the keys via a secure safe/box. This came in extremely handy since I couldn't manage to arrive and depart during regular working hours, making the check-in and check-out process incredibly flexible!

Cons: While the main living spaces were comfortable, I did note a few minor issues with the heating. The lack of heating in the bathroom was a definite drawback, making it quite inconvenient during the cold winter season. Although the main AC unit effectively heats the principal room(s), the heat doesn't quite reach the bathroom, and it would be a huge bonus if that area could also be kept warm. Separately, I found that the main AC unit lacked the power needed to heat the entire apartment space adequately, or at least, not in a quick or timely manner.

Pros: Location is just about 5minutes walk to Sao Bento station. Perfect to anywhere. Breakfast is good.

Great location, okay option for 1 night.

Pros: Very good location, just a few steps from the bridge and the funicular.

Cons: A very steep and narrow staircase at the entrance can be a problem. A small room with one awkward window overlooking a wall of portraits. A tiny bathroom. Overall, there are no issues, but the photos make it difficult to tell what kind of room you're getting - the gallery has plenty of nicer, more spacious rooms.

Pros: Lovely room, great location and recommend the breakfast. Staff are very friendly!

Other than the stairs, we all liked this hotel.

Pros: The Guest House is conveniently located near sites, mostly within walking distance. Room is newly renovated with air-cond. However, some rooms are very small and only fit for slim people! (We booked 4 rooms.)

Cons: There's no elevator but a lot of stairs. The person who checked us in doesn't speak English and did not help us (all seniors) bring the luggage up - we found out afterwards that it should be an included service. It is also on quite a steep slope!
