Perfect stay in Porto

Pros: This hotel is exactly what I was looking for a stay during conference in Porto. Perfect location, comfortable but also luxurious.

Pros: PortoBay Flores is truly a gem in the heart of Porto. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. We stayed to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a truly special and memorable occasion. Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with a great selection and high quality throughout our stay. Combined with the very friendly and attentive staff, it made every meal a pleasure. A beautiful hotel in a perfect location with outstanding service — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion, Highly recommended!

Comfortable, Great Location with touch of Class.

Pros: - Really comfortable hotel room with plenty of space, amenities, and a very nice bed. Slept very well with good soundproofing and nice room temperatures. It was a lovely and quiet place to come back to after the day's activities! - The welcome cookies on the first day were lovely touch. - The hotel is well designed, modern, and furnished with a lovely and unique style. Really clean and pleasant throughout. - Friendly and helpful staff who assisted us during our stay in Porto which was appreciated. - The location is great and puts you in walking distance of most main attractions within the city centre.

Cons: - The only disappointment is the Spa/Pool/Gym area. While it is nice and looks lovely, it is very small and can feel very crowded with just a small number of people which for me did not make it a great place to relax.. I did not end up using it as much as I thought I would, which was disappointing.

Pros: Breakfast was absolutely superb, location was amazing. Loved the tiny warm spa pool, it was so welcoming in the January weather.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city.

Pros: Location is perfect. In the heart of the old town. Yet still quiet and peacefull in the vening.

Cons: People should just know that the SPA area is very small. Just for quick use.

Cons: Uneven floor make it hard to move around with luggages
